Great little place to stay!

Beautiful little apartment. Very clean and comfortable. A bit of a trek to get to, but well worth it when you get there. I’d definitely stay again. Giulia was very welcoming and helped us out with anything we needed. She left us some of her home made tiramisu on one of the nights which was delicious. Thanks Giulia!

A little gem in Riomaggiore, the steep climb and steps are worth it! The balcony gets the afternoon/evening sun where you can admire the views and listen to the church bells.

Lovely little place tucked away in the heart of Riomaggiore. Easy to access and nice quaint size and quality to it.

Lacked a kitchen, so as a self catering apartment we couldn't make dinner ourselves which added to the cost. Was quite expensive so this was annoying. Made a special request for my partner's birthday when I booked which wasn't delivered. The towel was dirty and stained :/

It was good but could have been better with some details.

The airco was a big plus ! Room really spacious , the bathroom is really modern. Mirrors everywhere perfect for makeup! Pasta/ restaurant shops next to the accommodation.

This is not an accommodation for people who are not quite sporty, a lot of stairs ! It is impossible without taking some breaks to achieve the accommodations.. The cleaning lady was late , we had to wait 1 hour next to our room because it wasn’t ready yet. We wanted an extra blanket but nobody responds to you in the chat .. well. 12€ taxe but we knew that only when we were there.

It was good, not great.

Location was close enough to the train and beach. It was up the main road so flat surface instead of stairs. Had a terrace to sit on. The AC worked well. The apartment itself was beautiful!

The Wi-Fi didn’t work well at all, we had to use our own hotspots and the owner never answered me when I messaged him about it. The cleaner forgot to put the key back so we had to sit out on the stairs for about 40 minutes waiting for her to bring it back. At one point it also seems as though someone entered the apartment while we weren’t there without us knowing.

The town is a great location to stay on. Good with a fridge and hair dryer.

There was no terrace or balcony like it said in the description. Host tried to charge double tax, the room was moldy, everything got damp and the bed had a rubber style cover that was uncomfortable and made the sheets slide off.

The location is very good. The room equipment is okay and modern. Cleanliness too - except the floor, especially under the bed was a bit unclean

The apartment was dark and cold. I froze during the night. Fortunately, there was an additional blanket.

Recommend!

This is a nice and clean apartment in a great location! About a 5 min walk from the train station. There are some restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It's a duplex apartment. When we open the door, there's a room with bed with a really comfortable mattress. The bathroom is downstairs. There is a fridge, kettle, air-conditioning, towels, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi. We had our own terrace with a small table and chairs and a view of the rooftops and castle. We had a self check-in, so we didn't get to know Alessandro in person, but he seems to be a nice host.

It was a bit cold in the evening (we were in April), but we used air conditioning for heating the room, so it was ok. The building is on the hill and there are also stairs leading up to the apartment – we didn't have difficulty with it at all, but if you have knee problems, you need to know about it.

only saw the outside of our accommodation

couldn’t get into our apartment. no one answered our dozen calls or email. calls went straight to message bank. we asked to checkin between 5 and 6pm. We were there at 5pm. asked next door neighbours. one neighbour rang for us and called other accommodations but they were all booked so we left to go back to our base at Bagni di Lucca. last train to bagni di Lucca leaves Lucca at 9.30pm.

Very pleasant apartment with bell tower outside the window and nice view of rooftops and castle and cathedral. We loved the marble floors. The kitchen was lovely and the shower was good

Bra läge i stan. Men det var det enda positiva.

Dåligt bemötande av ägarna. Vi fick ställa in våra väskor i rummet innan incheckning vilket var bra. Men när vi kom tillbaka frågade den manliga ägaren vad vi gjorde där!!? Helt abrupt skulle vi flytta till annat rum med en oklar och otydlig förklaring. Vi kan förstå att det kan vara stressigt men någon typ av ursäkt för besväret och att det blev så här skulle vara naturligt att få..Men nej, inget av det...Ägarna bara försvann Inget 'sorry for this' eller visning av ett nya rummet. Vi fick sen ett rum som var väldigt lyhört.

Lokalizacja przy głównej uliczce. Pozytywna opinia dotyczy tylko wygodnego łóżka.

Dużo wysokoch wąskich schodów- brak w ofercie jasnej informacji. Balkon brudny i zaniedbany, podobnie jak teren wokół lokalizacji. Apartament bardzo ciasny i niezbyt przyjemny. W łazience na koniec pobytu pojawiły się różne dziwne niepożądane stworzonka. Cena bardzo wygórowana w stosunku do tego co oferuje apartament dwupoziomowy - radzę go unikać.

Logement très charmant. Au calme et jolie vue. Propriétaires disponibles et courtois. Délicate attention avec un tiramisu maison à notre arrivée.

Équipement léger pour se restaurer. Nous avons apprécié la bouilloire pour le petit-déjeuner mais pas de plaques de cuisson ce qui oblige repas systématique au restaurant ou froid.

La struttura è molto pulita, ma davvero molto umida.

La posizione. La pulizia, era tutto molto pulito. La gentilezza della persona con cui ho comunicato per telefono.

Il monolocale (deluxe) era davvero molto umido. Così umido che c’era un odore molto acre e facevamo fatica a rimanere dentro senza tenere aperta la porta. Di certo colpa anche delle abbondanti piogge degli ultimi giorni, ma avrei preferito essere avvisata e decidere cosa fare.

Villages très jolis mais en dénivelé constant , trop fatiguant pour couple de 70 ans

La proximité du site ainsi que la gare pour visiter les autres villages

Les escaliers très difficiles hauteurs des marches avoisinant les 28 cm . Arrivée trompeuse indiqué appartement no 11 mais il est privé, en fait c’est le 11 b qu’il faut chercher. Nous avions sélectionné avec parking attenant ça n’existe pas, seule solution au parking payant avec places limitées mais très cher 3 x 24 h 140€.
