A beautiful cottage overlooking open countryside.High quality throughout, spotless, very comfy beds and everything we needed for our weekend stay. The only disappointment was the fact we were attending a family wedding so didn't get to enjoy the cottage as much as we would have liked to! Lovely welcoming hosts too.

It was beautiful inside and out , everything was there what you needed , location was good And the host was lovely

Not a lot of wardrobe space , managed for time we was there , I actually thought the games room was inside the cottage not out so never used it. Think it would be ideal to park outside the cottage. It is a short walk but when you have a lot of luggage was a bind.

The views were amazing. The cottage was decorated to a high standard and it was really cleaning. There were lovely touches like milk and wine in the fridge and dressing gowns in the room. The owners were lovely. Genuinely the best private accommodation we have stayed in..

Great stay in a beautiful location

I honestly can’t find anything negative to say about our stay at Bagpuss Cottage, lovely house finished to a high standard and had everything we needed! Kitchen was well equipped and beds were super comfy. Location was perfect for a wedding we were attending at Caswell House. Host was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

There is nothing I could fault about our stay. The facilities were AMAZING, and the cottage was so clean and felt luxurious. We took our two young children and they felt very comfortable and at home too.

The cottage was simply stunning, it was cosy and we found the facilities wonderful. The underfloor heating was a welcome delight from the -7 degrees that we arrived in. Julie was so accommodating and we felt very welcome. The boys loved the games room.

We have no complaints, just that our stay wasn't longer!

What a little piece of paradise

Absolutely stunning little cottage with incredible views and everything you will need for your stay. Wonderful hosts and of we are ever needing to be in the area again we will 100% stay again. Don't hesitate book it now!

Only thing we didn't like was the duvets were too thick and way to warm. Should have a thinner divert or sheet so you have the option to not use the duvet when it's not cold.

Exceptional cottage to have a holiday with family/friends.

Bagpus Cottage was very clean and modern. It had everything that you could possibly need including extras such as a coffee machine, fans and books. The location was ideal to explore the surrounding villages and cities. Julie was a wonderful host and was always available if required. We also enjoyed spending time with Trixie the cat! We would love to go again sometime!

Gem of a stay at the gateway to the Cotswolds.

The accommodation is of a high standard and exceptionally clean. It was quiet at night and the views from the windows were lovely. Julie was an excellent host, and very quick to deliver requests. Brize Norton airbase is nearby and you do occasionally hear a plane coming in, but it is interesting to see. We would definitely book to stay again when we are next in the area.

Exceptional. We had a great time

I never leave reviews but I had to leave one after our stay here. The cottage is exceptionally finished from top to bottom. The owners have gone the extra mile and finished the property to a very high standard. We have had a great time and instantly felt right at home. Julie was so lovely to talk to. She’s done a fantastic job and should be very proud
