About this apartment rental

Stunning oak framed holiday home situated in the plot of our grade II listed Cotswold stone Cottage. Centrally positioned in the historic and picturesque village of Clanfield, with private enclosed garden and secure off road parking behind electric gates.

Accommodation comprises of the entire top floor of the Carriage House which has been curated to the highest of standards. Consisting of a bedroom with King size bed, bathroom and separate living space with leather sofa bed (small double), kitchenette and dining area. Electric blackout blinds in bedroom (control is in the alcove above the bed).

Kitchen with Smeg fridge-freezer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster and Smeg kettle.
Rustic dining table and chairs.
Denny earthenware crockery.
Separate outdoor garden (gravel) with table and two chairs.
Welly rack and boot scrape.
Access to the Carriage House is via the outside staircase. Please don’t approach the Great Danes if they are in the garden!

Award winning local amenities within a few minutes walk include The original Blakes Bakery and cafe as featured in Soho Farmhouse, and the famous Double Red Duke & Masons Arms pubs/restaurants.

Set location of Downtown Abbey village is free to visit and is located in the next village of Bampton.

Easy access to the Thames walkway.

Cotswold celebrity hotspots of Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford, Burford Garden centre, Diddly Squat farm shop and The Farmer's Dog all commutable.

Cheltenham races and shopping including the original Holland & Cooper boutique within 45 mins drive. Cricket, jazz and literary festivals are a must visit too.

Bicester village designer outlet and Oxford are 40 minutes away.

Family days out include Buscot Park, Blenheim Palace and the Cotswold Wildlife Park.

Long walks in the surrounding countryside, with plenty of pubs along the way.

Swindon McArthur Glynn designer outlet is 30 minutes away.

    Lovely little property in a beautiful village, The property was amazing in such a nice setting, with everything we needed provided by the host even a nice little treat from the amazing bakery across the road. Would highly recommend!
