Perfect little house for a stay in excellent location.

Lovely house in an excellent location, only 9 mins from the famous Famers Dog Pub!

A few lights didn’t work but other than this the property was perfect for our stay.

Unfortunately although we have a dog ourselves , the house did smell very strongly doggy . The Rug in lounge was very badly stained & had odour . Despite accommodating x4 there was only x1 sofa not enough soft seating in lounge for x4 people .

Overall we had a fabulous stay - the house was just used as a base.

We loved the location and the size of the house was perfect for our needs. The enclosed garden was a bonus as we took our dog with us but the garden furniture was broken and very worn.

There were lots of signs of wear and tear in the property which was a shame as it was perfect location. The top of the fridge was full of dust as was the feather lamp shade in one of the bedrooms. The paint work around the house needs touching up. The chairs and table had lots of paint chips, the sink in the bathroom was badly cracked and took ages to empty water. The shower curtain was black on the bottom too. I think the kitchen would benefit from a few pasta bowls as we made spaghetti bolognese but had to eat it from tiny cereal bowls.

Beautiful property, location close to The Farmer's Dog & Diddly Squat/Cotswolds.

Lovely clean house in a very quiet avenue. Didn't hear any noise. Living room bigger than picture shows with huge tv. Two spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms with the most comfortable beds (one bed super king could sleep 3, other bed a double (think these can be single) and two fans provided (needed for heatwave). Location excellent for visiting Diddly Squat, The Farmer's Dog and the Cotswolds, Bath, Lacock (for Harry Potter fans) etc. Didn't use the kitchen cooking facilities. Garden great for the dog, fenced and secure. Living room patio door opens into garden so could watch dog play. Washing machine useful, owner left washing gel, hand gel. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and water provided. Bathroom has a good shower over bath, loads of hot water. Good quality towels provided. Wifi great. Free parking. Self check in handy if arriving late. Would happily stay again. Pictures are accurate. We really didn't want to leave this property!

Great house in quiet residential area.

Very comfortable with all facilities provided. Very quiet residential area near to town. Easy access to the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace and Oxford. Private off street parking. Good communication. We had a hiccup with the shower, but Pauline and Kev the plumber worked hard to get it fixed.

I had a lovely stay and would go back.

It was clean and comfortable and in a quiet location. The garden was nice and private.

The kitchen was not very well equipped. I like to cook while I’m away and there was no sieve or colander. There were only 3 forks and 3 wine glasses which seemed a bit odd.

Nice stay

The rooms were pretty, clean and well kept. We had clear instructions from the host and the host was very responsive. We also were able to use the washing machine. The kitchen facilities were pretty complete and we had a good supply of coffee and tea.

The toilet door couldn't be locked.

Would definitely recommend, had a comfortable stay.

Location, it's close to lots of attractions, including some beautiful villages. Sainsburys within 7 mins arrive. The property is very homely, it's cosy and just the right size for our family. The owner really went out of her way to accept a delivery for us when we were running late. Thank you so much. Communication was very prompt and clear throughout.

House was amazing, very well located, well equipped and very clean.

Smell could be slightly better. The house had a subtle smell like it had been closed in a while, but changed right after we opened the back door for a few minutes. Nothing relevant to spoil our stay, but perhaps a plug-in diffuser would’ve enhanced our perception.

Everything had been thought out, we liked the fact that there were sockets by the mirrors (even though we'd packed extension leads!) The house is very smart and tidy, (think hotel boutique chic) The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We were there during the cold spell,and the heating was on for our arrival,so it was really warm and cosy, wish we had been staying longer. Thank you Pauline.

Maybe a pint of fresh milk in fridge? Instructions on how to use coffee machine. It was really hard to do the key box numbers....definitely need a torch.......and your glasses!!!
