Perfect Location as a base

The accommodation was roomy and extremely comfortable. Communication was brilliant by Steve and was very grateful for the upgrade provided. Was great having secure parking and having two bathrooms was so handy.

Simply perfect, this was the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds

I loved the space, rooms were spacious, ideal for a small family. Very modern and tastefully decorated. I really liked Ev charging right outside, and it had easy access instructions and check out steps. Home was clean throughout and host was great! The location is just stunning, and right on the high street which is so handy for restaurants and shops.

There was no oven in kitchen (which was my fault I didn’t read) but was the only thing I would have liked. Beds were also very firm which was abit hard for me, but might be ok for others. Loveedddd everything else!

Comfortable, cosy and just perfect!

We just got home from our second stay in 1 Harpers Yard this year! We loved it so much in April we had to book to come back again! The house is so lovely and cosy. It’s in the most perfect location close to so many towns and right in the high street so it was easy to just go for a walk or a quick drink in the local pub! We enjoy this property because we have a little dog, and it’s really difficult to often find somewhere that has a complete closed of garden and I like that in this property it has that, so the dog can just wander around the garden and we don’t have to worry. The host is great with contact, replies really quickly and has managed to get us early check in on both occasions which we were really grateful. Already looking at when we can book our 3rd stay in this house, it’s become a home from home!

Ideal location and a nice home from home!

The property was very homely and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do during our visit. The parking was great too.

The only issue we found was there was quite a few cobwebs within the property and several spiders! Nothing a quick dust wouldn’t fix!

Fab property and location.

Stayed at No7. Everything you could need. Clean,bright and airy. 10 mins from Diddly Squat and 20mins from Blenhiem Place.Through pedestrian gate and you're in the HighStreet.We ate in The Blue Boar,lovely. Secure on site parking too! Excellent communication from Steve. No hesitation in recommending.

Incredible location in the centre of Chipping Norton with many cafes to have breakfast and pubs to have dinner on the doorstep but equally ample kitchen facilities. We stayed in Number 6. No oven but 2 ring electric hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Yea and coffee and sugar provided and plentiful. Washing up liquid and sponge and tea towel also included. Very modern and perfectly clean and warm. Comfortable beds. Couldn’t fault it.

1 light in the kitchen flashed, which was quite annoying, and anyone light-sensitive would have a problem. The upper floor boards creaks.

Comfortable and pleasant stay!

Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels provided. Heating was set to timed and it ensured we were comfortable and warm throughout. Overall, a really nice stay. We had a slight issue with the information from booking.com but the host swiftly responded and aided us, and was a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks!

The location is excellent with very good private parking. The property is nicely finished and very comfortable. A nice relaxing break with excellent access to the local shops and pubs.

We had an issue with the property not being ready when we arrived but it was swiftly dealt with in a professional manner so we were happy with the outcome.

Wow, so cosy, clean and modern in an ideal location.

A stone threw away to the town. You can park your car in the parking lot of the property and go through the little black gate and you in the town and can walk everywhere and close to the pubs, restaurants, boots etc… close to access the different towns in the Cotswolds. Modern, new and clean accommodation. The pictures don’t do it justice as it is much better. Also excellent if you have an animal as you have your own private garden and patio with a table to eat and drink. Cosy.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped and to a high standard of decor and furniture quality. Location is perfect, a dozen steps away from the main high street of Chipping Norton. Property includes a pretty, decent-sized, private enclosed patio and yard, ideal for our dog and for outdoor dining or evening drinks.
