Great location, Spacious property with good facilities. Only 10 minutes drive from The Farmers Dog pub.

Outside seating wasn't set up despite the weather. No window keys to allow conservatory windows to be open so was too hot to sit in. Lacking storage space for clothes such as wardrobes.

We liked the generous size of the house, with four bedrooms, conservatory and garden, plus parking. Comfortable beds.

The kitchen was a bit dated. No welcome hamper. Cigarette butts around the back door and I did have to clean a stain on the conservatory floor.

The Conifers, had agreat atmosphere about it. Good facilities, quality beding and towels, set at the end of a close with little areas of mature trees and grass. I was told about an hour before i arrived that the main toilet was blocked , a plumber had been called, however should I/we wish to decamp to another available property, if the issue could not be fixed, there was that option. The plumber turned up. All was well. Thank you Danielle

The afore mention toilet had some dark marks on the inner bowl, maybe this was the plumbers equipment? It didn't look good. I have concerns about the cooking pots, the teflon nonstick surface has been compromised. These pots need to be replaced as I feel the current ones have health and safety issues. The outside general waste bin was overflowing when i arrived.Not sure if there is a weeking collection but other bins in the area were not filled to overflowing.

Good host communication. Location in a quiet estate, close to the Farmer's Dog. Very clean.

Expected things like Shampoo or Shower Gel. The absolute basic necessities and nothing more provided. We were really only using it for sleep and nothing else so it didn't really matter for us.
