Cold, no heating

Clean with kitchen facilities and bathrooms as expected, ie in good shape

No heating! It was very cold this April and the heating was broken. I tried to call using the help number and it didn't work nor did the one to contact the owners. Given COVID circumstances and that location was good for us and we only had a couple of days we just wrapped up but very poor. Lack of heating reduces comfort and enjoyment a lot!

Nice for a short stay in Oxford

Easy check-in and check-out. Excellent communication with the owner. Having a parking spot was really useful. The kitchen was fully equipped - really good!

TV reception was a bit cryptic. The blinds in the double bedroom are coming off - needs to be fixed. Please check on the kettle as I suspect there may be a leak.
