Great place to stay and well worth the money

We stayed here with our little ones for two nights. The property is located in a great location. The owner was very responsive. The place was clean and had all the basic things that were required. We felt given all that it was well worth the money.

The apartment was spacious, tidy and has everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and kind. Very good location.

In the photos the apartment looked different. The good surprise was that bathroom was rinovated.

Very valuable stay in central Oxford

It is centrally located and in a walking distance to center Oxford. It is a 10-15 minute walk. The owners were kind enough to offer early checkin on the day for the free parking as there was no guest before us. The property is a proper home, very spacious and clean. It has all necessary items a family would need. It is ground floor so having easier access is appreciated. Free car park is a plus and the owners leave a parking permit laminated and we left it in our car window.

This is an easily fixable item - there is an extractor on bathroom window which makes too much noise, especially in the evenins. Maybe it is because there was some wind or maybe the tree branches were hitting it but it makes kind of a door opening closing voice. Hard to sleep in the bedroom next door.

Good location, very quiet. Nice clean sheets and towels. Lounge well furnished. Good beds.

Bathroom needs an upgrade. Shower not great: either too hot or too cold. Plug in wash hand basin allows water to run away. Kitchen blind dirty.

This is not meet my expectation

The location is favorable; however, the road is currently closed due to construction.

They pinned the wrong spot on the map. The room was super tiny. The website photo didn't show how small it was. The worst part was finding a shampoo bottle floating in the toilet. Leftover plactic bag in the fridge. The curtain is full of stains. I think they need to have a big cleaning day in this flat. We also saw some teenagers fishing behind the flat, even though there was a "private property" sign.

Clean and quiet. Only 10 mins walk from the centre. The communication was excellent and any queries were dealt with quickly.

Location was fantastic, literally a 15 minute walk to centre of Oxford and 10 minutes to the station. The host was absolutely brilliant and very helpful.

Location, price, having three spaces to allow three adults to each have their own "room.", mugs and tea, plates.

Wifi connected but didn't work. Not very attractive or comfortable. We weren't in the flat very much so it didn't matter but I wouldn't book for longer stays.

Great Location. Close to center but also fast to get out. Grocery, park, etc close by

„Free parking“ is theoretic. We followed all the quite complex instructions (providing data of car for registering, getting permit and displaying it, parking on allocated spot) and still were double fined. By the parking operator and our rental car agency. In total it cost an extra 145 pounds/$195. Include that in your calculations.

A home away from home, in a great location

The property was in a great location close to the city center (10-15min walk), but also quiet and so pretty by the canal. The bedrooms were light and comfortable and all usual amenities available.

Very pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

We had not been given the entrance code beforehand, as was stated, so we had to contact Manu at arrival. But he was very easy to get ahold of, and helpful. Apt very pleasant and quiet. Nice neighborhood with a couple of restaurants. Walk to the University about 15/20 mins, but apt is close to the train station. I do suggest leaving a decent pack of coffee, so guests can make some. Instant not so nice.

Basic and clean, good communication with the host.

Property was basic, clean, communication with host was very good.

Very basic, felt like renting out someone’s very clean apartment, less like a welcoming tourist destination. Apartment is located at the end of a dead-end street, very quiet and tucked away from noise and human contact. My elderly mom, myself and my brother were staying one night in Oxford with the plan that we could leave my mom in the apartment while we went sightseeing. Apartment felt aloof. It was clean and basic but not comfortable enough for me to leave my mom there alone. Safe neighborhood but not warm and welcoming. Great for younger travelers who are going to be out all day sightseeing or running errands and just need a place to sleep. Oxford in general does not feel very warm and fuzzy like other UK cities we visited. My advice is if you are traveling with the plan to leave a relative in the apartment all day, pay the extra and book a hotel.

Fabulous catch up with friends

Host was really kind and let us check in early and check out a bit later if we needed , but we didn’t . He also let me leave the car parked up on check out day for a couple of xtra hours free of charge

Perfect - Highly Recommend

Host was very responsive at the time off booking and sent clear, helpful instructions on access and what was around the local area, well presented, clean and tidy great location with supermarket, bars and plenty of places to eat, the location is lovely and had everything you would need, we were stopping for work so didn't have much time to explore. No noise issues, Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. If I am in the area I shall book again if it's available. Many thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend, thanks again

Perfect stay with parking near Oxford.

Manu was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is large and well equipped. Beds comfy/ shower hot. It was really useful being able to park at the apartment using the permit. It is an 18 minute walk to the Ashmolean along the Botley Road. Location is really quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for four people although note that there are two double beds.

Very good option for a short or long stay in Oxford

A "find" considering the apartment has a private parking space and located only about 15 minutes walk from the city center. Although a bit hard at first to find the 70's build in the back of the lot among a very residencial area , this only added to the being part of Oxford communit feel. The quite spacious and clean apartment is obviously kept by an attentive host. The kitchen is very well equiped, bedrooms (an beds) comfortable , bathroom quaint but useful.
