The place was clean and tidy

It says No smoking but definitely somoene did as it smells as soo as we got in the hallway of the house. Not the owner's fault.

Enjoyable stay.

Perfect location for our stay, quiet residential area with east access to the city and surrounding areas.

A couple of minor issues, the main bathroom door handle was broken and there was no plug in the sink, The en suite shower was temperamental so not the best. No mirrors in the bedrooms for ladies trying to do hair and make up

It was a good location with your own parking space. Nice to look at on the surface. It was nice to have the two bathrooms.

The double room was very small and there was no where to put you belongings except on a desk that didn’t really belong. The showers were temperamental with the water being scorching hot in both rooms. It was lovely to have outside space but unfortunately the bit of grass was untidy with cigarette butts left on patio, a small table and chairs would have been a great touch. The kitchen was ok but a cloth to wipe down surfaces wouldn’t have gone a miss. The dishwasher was handy but was very tired. Overall the cleaning of the property could have been to a higher standard and bits were missed like boxers left behind one of the beds in the twin room. We also found the flat was very hot, it was very difficult to turn down the main heating and underfloor heating.

Very good

The apartment was just as pictured on the inside, and the washing machine was VERY efficient. Both showers in the unit were lovely, and there was a comfortable amount of space. There were double patio doors that opened up into a little garden/patio, which was also lovely.

There wasn't a fan in the place, and it was 80 degrees F. Considering that I had spent 2 weeks in the UK already and most days spent in England were about that hot (generally 70+ degrees, without cooling off much below 70 at night), I was incredibly cranky about not being able to cool off the apartment for a few hours after our arrival. There also wasn't a corkscrew, and there was only 1 kitchen towel available and no paper towels, dishrags or anything else that can be used to wipe things up, aside from a sponge to be used for dishes (presumably). I will admit that I was a lot less flexible and able to roll with issues and problems because this was the end of our trip. But dealing with the above, combined with having to wash and put away dishes before leaving, had me leaving in a bad mood. Finally, it was unclear which bin in the house was for garbage and which for recycling. I wasn't clear as to whether or not we needed to take out the garbage (we did, to be safe).

An overpriced flat that was didn’t live up to expectations.

The living area and the bathrooms were ok.

One bedroom is very small and the low bed doesn’t disguise this, and there’s no storage. The 2nd bedroom has wardrobes and gave us just about enough space to put up our travel cot but one of the single beds (again VERY low, presumably to give the effect of space) had no bottom sheet on it which I didn’t realise until after the 1st night and which I didn’t appreciate (there was a spare in one of the wardrobes for the 2nd night). There was only 1 meagre and hot pillow on each bed and the duvets were of poor quality. The place is ok - nothing more. The ‘garden’ is hopeless. This is purely a money making enterprise and I feel for the neighbours who have to have this in their community. The photos may look ok, but it’s not good value for money. I guess they have to rely on getting customers who haven’t pre planned and had a pick of accommodation in Oxford. It is extremely rare that I write a poor review, I’d rather say nothing, but this was very overpriced for what it was and we were all disappointed.
