Loved that it was newly renovated. Location was great too. Owner was extremely quick in returning my messages.

Nothing we didn’t like. We did feel that it would’ve been a good idea for the owner to live in this place for a few days before renting. This way a couple of the kinks would’ve been ironed out.

The good: Great value, great location, very clean, quiet neighborhood. The townhouse seems recently renovated to be a rental, so things are new or newish, pleasant enough from a style and comfort perspective, and it's an easy place to settle in to. Would definitely rent again at the rate that I booked at this trip.

Being a newish rental renovation, there were some quirks. Nothing terrible, and mostly easily fixed, like the fact that there's no full length mirror anywhere (only mirror in the townhouse is the smallish bathroom mirror) and the lack of comfort amenities like electric fans or extra blankets. Two other quirks to be aware of: 1) there were few and inconveniently located electrical outlets downstairs, and 2) the only bathroom is upstairs, none on the ground floor - so if stairs are tough, know that is the case.
