Really nice property, very well presented and lots of space for us all. Ideally located for what we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive to questions.

The location worked well for us- meant it was a pleasant walk into main part of town. Also loads of buses go along this rd. Modern entry system and really good instructions on how to find the door. There are some good cafes and pubs really close by and we got a great view of the sunset over the rooftops (plus bonus summer ball fireworks display) Set up of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor worked really well for the format of our party. Some great original features and useful to have kitchen facilities. It was great that there were fans in such hot weather (although it was still very uncomfortable on the top floor) but nobody can control the weather!

Not as clean as would have been ideal- particularly in the kitchen area and one of the bathrooms and some things just need a bit of tlc. We had to negotiate getting past some "interesting" characters on the steps up to the front door a few times. Not really a dislike, but it would be good to be able to comfortably seat more than 4 people at table especially as one sofa is so low to the floor.

The apartment was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, although one of the sofas was very low indeed and difficult to get out of. Idris was very helpful indeed.

The location was a bit further out than we expected. Also didn’t explain about access re: steps leading up to the apartment. Unfortunately the boiler was broken so no heating or hot water. Idris was very helpful indeed and did everything he could at the time. Could have been a bit cleaner.
