Excellent base for academic visits to Oxford
The location was outstanding – around a 10-minute walk to Worcester College and Oxford University Press, with many other University of Oxford colleges and departments within easy walking distance. The city centre is very close, and there are countless pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. We tried to sample as many as possible, but there were simply too many great options!
The apartment was immaculately clean and very well organised, with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The host representative was extremely helpful and professional, making check-in simple and the whole experience very smooth.
The kitchen was fully equipped, although we hardly needed to cook because of the excellent dining options nearby. There were also three grocery stores within easy reach, which was very convenient for longer stays.Parking was excellent, which is rare and very valuable in central Oxford.
Overall, this is an ideal apartment for visiting academics, conference attendees, and university guests—comfortable, quiet, and perfectly located. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent location and very comfortable stay
The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the town centre and Oxford University colleges. There were many great restaurants, cafés, and pubs nearby, so we didn’t need a car at all.
The apartment was very clean, modern, and well organised. The kitchen was fully equipped and looked excellent, although we mainly enjoyed eating out during our stay.
Check-in was very smooth and easy, which made our arrival stress-free after travelling. Overall, a great place to stay in Oxford — we would definitely recommend it to other international visitors

This was a clean, spacious and well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Easy to find with the added bonus of parking. Fabulous location just a short walk from everything. Jericho is a lovely, vibrant and bohemian area of Oxford with lots of lovely independent cafes, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, very clean, and easy stay
We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment and would happily recommend it to other international travellers. The location is excellent — around a 10-minute walk to Worcester College, the Ashmolean Museum, and the theatre, which made exploring Oxford very easy. There are many restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops nearby, all within comfortable walking distance.
The apartment was very clean, well organised, and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay simple and relaxing. The local representative was friendly and helpful, offering great support during our visit — thank you.
The kitchen was fully equipped, ideal for longer stays, and having supermarkets close by was very convenient. We also appreciated the good parking, which is not always easy to find in Oxford.
Overall, this apartment offers excellent value, a great central location, and a stress-free experience. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to couples, families, and academic visitors.

The location was great — only about a 10-minute walk from Worcester College and the University Press. There are so many great places to eat nearby, with lots of pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops all within easy walking distance. We even tried to do a pub crawl, but there were simply too many places to choose from!
The apartment was spotless and very well organised. Everything we needed was provided, and the representative was extremely helpful and gave us great support throughout our stay — thank you.
The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn’t need to do any cooking because we were completely spoilt for choice with restaurants nearby. Having three grocery stores close by was also very convenient.
Parking was excellent and made the stay even easier.

Great location with an easy walk into town. The canal walk was a real highlight — very calming and lovely to see the long boats along the way. Plenty of pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, so we were spoilt for choice.

10/10 – Fantastic Apartment, Excellent Value
A fantastic place to stay and excellent value for money. The apartment was very spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, well organised, and located in a modern building with a lift, which was extremely convenient.
The location was ideal — easy to access, quiet, and perfectly positioned for getting around, with the added bonus of excellent on-site parking. This made our stay stress-free from the moment we arrived.
The representative was outstanding — incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.
Overall, a superb experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.

Friendly , helpful housekeeper and good location
We did not receive a booking confirmation email, only via Booking.com app, so went to address shown on here. THIS IS NOT THE PROPERTY ADDRESS. So be sure you get your email. We got taxi to wrong location and had to wait around.
The housekeeper was helpful and collected us, but frustrating and inconvenient start to the trip.
A £300 deposit was taken, and not returned until we chased. Do keep an eye out.
The deposit was only returned minus £40 for early check in fee, which we had not been advised of cost of, and after above location issues, were not actually early really anyway!
Good location of the property, a little tired internally but suited our needs for a weekend break, however do keep an eye out for the issues with lack of management comms/action.

It was spacious
The flat is not where the description says it's supposed to be.
The bathrooms were not very clean, with open bottles of shampoo, soap and so on, some that had clearly been there for too long. The shower curtains were mouldy, and one had a stain that looked like dried blood.
In response to the owner's comments: 1) a customer should not find out AFTER the property is booked, that it is not in the place where it shows in the original description. Your comment only proves that it is your intention to fool people, who like me, did not read a message that you sent as a follow up to a reservation that should have respected the property's address in the first place. 2) Receiving an email does not equal acceptance of conditions. What reason would there be for the property address to change from the advert to the email? I was very clear when we spoke and exchanged messages when we were in front of the wrong address that I thought your approach was misleading and that you were evidently selling a property that was not there. 3) Your representative did open the door for us, and was kind and attentionate; there was no reason to lash out at him because of something the owner did wrong. 4) When we first went there, we only had a quick look at the property only to drop our luggage (which I recognise you allowed us to do early), but we were not checking in and did not go through every room or bathroom. We only noticed the mouldy shower curtains later. The property was spatious as I put as a positive, but the comments I made about the empty bottles and the shower curtains are accurate.

The property was very clean and was in a quiet , secure block with underground parking . Everything that you would need and 2 ample sized bedrooms. Jericho is a lovely place with pubs , restaurants and delis a short distance from the city centre.

Location
We booked this apartment in January, but our check in date was August 1st.
We were particularly searching for one with free cancellation so that we get time to decide before our stay in August.
But immediately after we booked, this property deducted entire payment for the whole stay and that was shocking.
We had booked a hotel for the same dates in the same location and we wanted to take some time and decide between the two, but these people were so smart and took our money immediately.
We cancelled the other one fearing these people may not refund.
Booking.com has this proof.
Also on July 20th, two weeks prior to our stay they deducted security deposit amount without any intimation.
That was unexpected!!
Usually we pay security deposit when we physically reach the property.
The property clearly mentions check in time between 4pm to 6pm(no idea how international travellers can fit in this particular 2 hour time slot)and late check in & check out will be charged.
Day before travel I messaged and asked the charge for a late check out and received a sweet reply saying its complimentary and no charge at all.
Normally if you don't charge for late check out we think these people may not charge for late check in because we were travelling from Dubai and many factors can affect our check in time including flight delays, immigration queues, road traffic etc.
We already messaged them that our landing time was around 4.30pm, and we will be reaching around 6.30pm, they didn't mention about any charge.
After landing we messaged our journey got bit delayed and we will be reaching around 8pm.
The reply was "okie dokie", no mention about extra charges.
But the property deducted 40£ because we arrived at 7.50pm.
And one more thing we have to take the role of a domestic cleaner before check out or else they deduct 100£ for that too.
I have been a loyal customer of booking.com for the past 10years and this was the first time our experience was disappointing.

We were met by the facilities manager who handed over keys and inducted us into the apartment. He gave a professional briefing and was very pleasant. The apartment was comfortable and had plenty of space. It was close to the suburb of Jericho - bars and restaurants. It backed onto the canal which offered a nice walk down towards the city centre, about 1.5km. The property is very secure - locked gates at night.
Other travellers should be aware that the management company uses its city office as an address on Booking.com - this is Not where the apartment is located. So if you want accommodation in the city you need to be mindful of this issue. That said, it was close enough for us in any case.

First the apt is NOT in the center as declared on booking.com (is not at 52 Clarendon House, but is Walton Well Road, at 1.6km and 20’ by walk from the declared address). The exact address (1furnace house) is not even on gmaps) .
Before arrival they send a super long message with all house rules and penalties applied in various possible cases.. at the end of the msg, they say that the address is another one). The original address is in a limited acces zone, so do not approach the area ir you get fines.
If you check in/our out out of time is 20£/h.
If you don’t leave the apt as they ask, they can charge up to 100£!
They send a mag with a lot of house rules, inckuding switching off the hot water when you are not in the house! Ridiculous.
You are required to empty the trash before leaving (never seen such request for a 1 night stay)! To do so, there is a code, if you don’t take note of the code, and you already dropped the key, you don’t know how to put the trash.
Maybe all these rules have sense for long stay (weeks, or month), but not for short stay.
Basically we pass the time there by thinking how to avoid any penalty, and upset for being at 1mile from the center.
We did not recieve any extra charge, but this is not a nice way to spend a night.
So if you want to visit oxford for 1-2 days, this is NOT the best place.
Maybe is a good solution if you live here for some weeks or months and move by bike… but NOT for short stay.
Then, add: light in the bathroom not working, sink without the mixer, kitchen sink with only hot water (no cold water), the sponge to clean dish is not new with hairs on..

The flat was much further away (25 minutes !) from the town centre than expected (and discussed on the phone!!!) My 84-year-old mum could NOT walk that much!
We HAD to check in between 16:00 & 18:00 (in order not to be charged an extra)...HOWEVER, official check out was at...10 o'clock in the morning! (They let us stay for ONE more hour...WOW! how generous of them! I paid more than 200 pounds for one night!!!)
Lots of things just didn't work properly in the flat (TV remote, bathroom tap and main light)
We were only given ONE set of keys (for 4 people)!
And a long etc...

Good space, quiet setting, comfortable apartment
Not the city centre location that we‘d expected from the billing. It’s is not 10 minutes walk from the city centre but almost 30 minutes. We came by train and the rail station is 25 minutes walk. There is no bus stop nearby.
Instructions for entry to the apartment were not easy to follow. We were tired after our journey and the trek from the station with luggage! We arrived after check in time at 4.00pm but staff had not completed the changeover so were still there.
Several lightbulbs (8) were not working.
An instruction manual in the apartment would be helpful rather than email correspondence, particularly for short stays.

The apartment is very fresh and clean and in a great complex. It is fully kitted out with everything you would expect. All the information and access instructions were first rate.
We thought we had booked an apartment closer to the city centre and being on the outskirts would have caused a problem as were attending a college event, but the owners were very good in helping make our arrangements work and in the end we got to appreciate a different part of the city that we hadn’t seen before.

A comfortable and spacious apartment, well-situated for our needs, in a quiet location. We appreciated the toiletries provided. It was good to be able to communicate with the host via WhatsApp.
The instructions to find the parking space and the lockbox were complicated (unnecessarily so) and unclear, so that we ended up parking in the wrong space - luckily we met John at the apartment and he was able to point out the correct space. It seemed unnecessary to turn the heating and hot water off between guests rather than using a timer.
