Robert waited for us at the property giving us the keys and all the information. The location was brilliant, flat at the ground floor very easy to get in to, very clean and spacious flat with two bedrooms and two toilets, one kitchen nicely organised, car park is free just underneath the apartment.

Nice to be in Jericho, had enough space for 4 people. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Poorly equipped kitchen, sofa sank down on one side, dated bathrooms, old carpets. Needs a refresh and the kitchen equipment replacing. Toilet brushes are horrible!!!

Gated estate clean and safe. Underground gated car park secure. Apartment clean and tidy. Location very good.

Given the problems with the location, the host was good in trying to resolve the issue, but all they could offer was a refund. By the time the refund was offered we had no choice but to take the accommodation as all other places were sold out. They did however let us have 2 parking spaces which worked well. We were also met and shown round the apartment by the host.
The location was not in central Oxford as indicated on booking.com. We had deliberately booked the accommodation because of the location which was right next to where we were going for the evening. However we ended up needing to take Ubers as the accommodation was in Jericho which was a 5 min drive from the centre. I have never booked something on booking.com and have it not be on the location shown on the map. The accommodation was ok but was a bit shabby looking.
