Luxury 2 bed Apartment

Location was good, spacious accommodation and clean.

No anti slip mat in the bath and the bath is very very slippy. Had to put a hand towel in the bath to avoid slipping. Needs more / better glassware. There was only one glass suitable for a spirit ( whiskey ), clearer directions needed for where parking space is for no:12. Clearer arrival details ( where to find the apartment in main door of building using fob ). Bedrooms very hot and pedestal fan in bedroom was very weak, even on highest setting. Would have been nice to have some basics for the cost ie bread, milk and butter. No information pack in apartment regarding WiFi details, no local area details. Needs a guest book.

Everything brilliant really good for what we wanted.

As there was a heatwave apartment was very hot. Fans were provided but not working properly. However didn't affect our stay too much. Maybe could provide more glasses in the kitchen

A draining board would be useful or a kitchen hand towel to drain pot

The master bedroom was a good size. Facilities provided like dishwasher and washing machine tablets were appreciated. Walking distance to two fabulous pubs.

The property advertises itself as luxury so we expected a higher standard. The second bedroom is very small with no natural light or ventilation which was a problem during a particularly hot few days. There is a skylight but not operational. No storage or mirrors in the room, all outside it. The property generally needs maintenance. During very hot days there is no adequate cooling making sleeping uncomfortable. The most disappointing aspect In particular, was the extremely dirty and stained carpets and upholstery. Also no city view!
