Cozy, relaxing stay-cation

The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchenette had about everything we needed. The bathroom was large and modern. Water pressure was perfect and we never ran out of hot water. Quiet, safe place. Loved having a nice, clean lobby to get fresh fruit, juice, sweet treats and tea. It was nice to have access to a laundry room as well. I would definitely return and recommend to others. You could see how much care and attention the owners put into maintaining this lovely apartment.

I didn't like having to use my phone each time to enter my room. I had to access my email to use the link that provided access to my room. If there was another way to access the facility, i.e. a key card it was unbeknownst to me. I also suggest letting tenants know they have an assigned parking space. We figured that out on day 2. We didn't have any disgruntled visitors, but it's something good to share.

OK but obviously not for the skiers.

Clean and roomy. Good location.

Ski room not heated (same temperature like outside (!)) and without any chair/bench to change in/out from the ski boots. Ski boots dryer not working (quite unpleasant). Very much cramped parking lot. There is an electric car charger but was unable to park the car nearby the charger during the whole stay (6 days).

A perfect stay in beautiful Sappada!

Cristiano at Reception offered us a very warm welcome and introduction to the property. Our room was beautiful: a large apartment with a comfortable bed, kitchen, sitting area (that had a sofa bed for our kids), large shower. The room was filled with light and was bright despite the rainy weather. The room had an absolutely gorgeous view. The breakfast had a huge variety of pastries and local delicacies. We did NOT want to leave and hope to return again in the future! We were provided with excellent suggestions of where to eat and things to do.

I need to mention it first - The host Maria is fantastic! - At least a 12 on a 10 grade scale :-). She was available every day for any questions or help, making sure we were fine. When the battery in our car key ran out she immediately called to a few shops to find the right one. The building and the rooms are brand new. It is very tastefully made. A very nice breakfast bufe that was always well stocked(local hams, cheeses, juice, coffee, vegetables, fruits). Due to Covid-19 restrictions you ate in your apartment. Parking outside the door - Easy walking distance (in ski boots) to the Sappada 2000 lift station.

We were supposed to be a family of four but due to COVID-19 restrictions in our home country it was finally only me and my daugther. For the two of us the apartment was very spacious. I believe for four the flat will feel a bit small for the very reason that the bedroom is huge but the living room were the sofa bed is locates is a bit on the small side if you have two people sleeping there.

Beautiful apartments in the heart of the Dolomites!

We rented two apartments for a full week and we’re impressed by the quality of the service provided and the outstanding degree of hospitality. The location is great and the hotel is absolutely fantastic, completely renewed with a beautiful design.

L'appartamento è comodo, dotato di tutti i comfort, bene attrezzata la cucina, il bagno caldissimo. Rimessa a disposizione per gli sci. Situato vicino ai borghi più belli di Sappada. Gli impianti sono vicini ma comunque non raggiungibili a piedi con l'attrezzatura. La vista dalla camera è molto bella!

Siamo venuti a Sappada per cenare al Laite che consigliamo come tappa gourmet di grande livello. Abbiamo passato una sola notte presso questa struttura. Titolare molto gentile e premuroso. Appuntamento bello e pulitissimo. Letto comodissimo. Bellissima posizione immersa nel verde con vista incredibile da un comodo e ampio terrazzo. Appartamento insonorizzato bene sia verso l’interno che verso l’esterno. Parcheggio numerato riservato per ogni appartamento. Consiglio vivamente e se dovessimo tornare a Sappada sarà un piacere ritornare.

Appartamento piacevole, vista appagante.

APPARTAMENTO N.5: Appartamento situato in struttura a Sappada Vecchia, a meno di 2km dal viale principale con negozi e locali, lontano dal rumore del centro che si può comunque raggiungere comodamente a piedi o in auto. Di fronte è presente un agriturismo, ed a 5 min a piedi la seggiovia che porta ai Laghi d'Olbe, raggiungibile percorrendo la stradina che attraversa tutta Sappada Vecchia, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia. Appartamento ampio, dotato di tutto il necessario, con grande balcone, vista frontale sul Monte Siera e su tutta la valle. Tutti i locali sono ben illuminati e dotati di finestre e/o porte finestre. Parcheggio privato numerato all'esterno. Al piano terra della struttura è presente una "sala relax" con bevande, frutta ed alcuni dolcetti a disposizione degli ospiti, molto piacevole per esempio quando si torna da un'escursione. In più lavanderia e solarium esterno sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. Il gestore, Cristiano, è una persona molto disponibile e cordiale, contattabile in caso di necessità anche semplicemente via WApp.

Week end lungo di relax

La struttura è recente ed è fornita di ogni confort basilare per una vacana estiva in montagna. L'appartamento era dotato di stanza + salotto (con divano letto), cucina e bagno. Il tutto funzionale, arredato con gusto. Tra i servizi comuni una bella stanza colazione/break, dove giornalmente vengono messi a disposizione sacchettini monoporzione di frutta secca e dolci, qui puoi prendere anche bevande fresche gluten free dal dispenser (arancia, mela ed acqua) o rifornirti di cialde per il caffè (macchina in stanza). A disposizione anche la lavanderia con asciugatrice. Ogni stanza ha il suo parcheggio assegnato.

Alla nostra prima esperienza con virtual key, quindi senza accoglienzaza di persona da parte dei proprietari/gestori, per nostro gusto preferiamo avere contatto fisico/visivo, fa sentire più accolti. La stanza 1 è al piano terra a livello strada, senza terrazzo o giardino

Il check in e l’ingresso telematico, una sera avevamo il telefono scarico e se non ci fosse stata mia cognata a farmi entrare nella mia mail per recuperare il codice non avremmo nemmeno potuto chiamare il proprietario per farci aprire!

Una piacevole scoperta

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo in questo originale Residence in Sappada Vecchia e si è rivelata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Abbiamo passato cinque bellissimi giorni nell’appartamento n 5 ampio e molto ben strutturato dotato anche di un bel balcone da cui si gode di una vista stupenda sulle montagne . Comodità, flessibilità e originalità anche nell’organizzazione del breakfast personalizzato sulle proprie esigenze. Molto bravo il gestore della struttura. Sempre disponibile ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti pur non avendo l’ufficio nel residence. Sappada vecchia e’ una frazione molto caratteristica con un susseguirsi di borgate con vecchie case Sappadine tutte curatissime, colorate e traboccanti di fiori. Inoltre Sappada Vecchia è una zona più interna rispetto alla strada statale per cui gode di una pace e tranquillità incredibili per dei cittadini come noi.

Un piccolo neo e’ rappresentato dal divano/letto del soggiorno molto profondo ma per questo non comodo usato come divano ( nonostante io sia alto 1,90)

L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort ed è pulitissimo. La vista sulle montagne è splendida. Consiglio il cestino della colazione, che è pieno di ottimi prodotti. Se viaggiate insieme al vostro cagnolino non potreste trovare posto migliore.

La posizione è meravigliosa e l'appartamento perfetto, esattamente come da descrizione.

Posizione favolosa: la struttura si trova nella parte orientale di Sappada, in borgata storica, silenziosissima, mooolto caratteristica. Il panorama spazia su tutta la valle. Appartamento facile da raggiungere, pulitissimo, confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario, esattamente come descritto.

Letti un po' troppo morbidi e negozio alimentari più vicino un po' scomodo da raggiungere a piedi ... ma non si può aver tutto :)
