Great and welcoming stop-over

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with ample parking and great views of the mountains. Clean and well maintained rooms and a great breakfast.

Traditional style hotel, nice but noisy

Breakfast, room decor, overall decor, lift, size of the room. Balcony. Free parking.

Noise from other rooms, plumbing and road. No sound insulation (bring earplugs). Creaky floors, squeaky bed. Unreliable wifi. Not very nice coffee for breakfast.

Great breakfest, super location, polite stuff.. overall nice stay there. We had a nice balcony. It was not expensive at all.

we had a three-bed room and it was really small. It was good just for sleepover. In the other hand, we spend all the time at glorious outdoors so it does not much matter.

Comfortable bed. Free parking. Next to the bus stop dolomitybus 031 - easy way to get to Tre Cime. Good pizza/pasta restaurant accross the street. Cycling road (mtb) few meters from hotel. Tasty breakfast (especcialy sweet part)

Small bathroom. In our room no. 16 it was little bit difficult to sit on WC.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, basic amenities

Very good breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, buns, cheese and cold meats, boiled eggs, and a big selection of sweet pastries (it was a buffet, but due to Corona you had to point out what you wanted and would be served)

Our room was on the street side and the traffic was very loud, however there is not much traffic in the middle of the night, so it was ok. The curtains are thin so the rooms were quite light at night due to the street light directly outside.

Ottima esperienza

Siamo stati all' hotel Galeno per un weekend con il nostro cane Gin. La struttura è accogliente e ben curata, l'ambiente è caldo , il personale davvero molto gentile e super pet friendly. Abbiamo avuto modo di provare anche la loro cucina che si è rivelata un'ottima esperienza. Dobbiamo ringraziare di cuore i titolari non solo per l'ospitalità ma anche per il supporto essendoci trovati in difficoltà con l'auto. Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro del paese.

Molto bello!

Struttura pulita, confortevole, colazione varia tra dolce e salato. Staff accogliente e gentile. Di loro iniziativa ci hanno sistemato in una camera più adatta alle nostre esigenze rispetto a quella prenotata, abbiamo molto apprezzato questa attenzione per il cliente. Consiglio vivamente!

Neuporabna kopalnica zaradi majhnosti, soba je bila ob dvigalu in z vzglavjem postelje direkno izpostavljeno hrupu stopnišča, soba obrnjena proti hrupni cesti. Za to ceno je bilo veliko razočaranje

Hotel due stelle, ma con prezzi da Dolomiti

Hotel due stelle, essenziale e senza fronzoli, carino, posizionato fuori dal paese di Auronzo, sulla strada per Misurina. Camera essenziale, piccola, anche il bagno piccolo ma pulita e confortevole. Richiesta la mezza pensione, cene discrete. Colazione buona.

Peccato che non sia data tanta importanza alla ristorazione: la sala ristorante è grande e bella, ma evidentemente viene fornito il servizio di mezza pensione solo su richiesta e la sala rimane desolatamente vuota. Non esiste una carta dei vini, buffet insalate minimal. Manca anche uno spazio comune, un bar , dove poter prendere un aperitivo o qualcosa dopo cena, ed è peccato, perché l' hotel è tanto fuori dal centro del paese. Quindi, se non si vuole prendere l'auto, rimane solo andare in camera. Nel complesso prezzo alto per quello che viene offerto, però è il mese di agosto e quelli sono i prezzi nelle Dolomiti. Sicuramente però si può trovare di meglio a quel prezzo.
