Wonderful Rest

The hotel is new and clean. We had a triple room on the second floor with a balcony offering a wonderful view. The bed was comfortable, with crisp white linens. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection. The hotel is in a great location, close to many iconic Dolomites sites: Lake Santa Caterina, Lake Misurina, Cortina, Lake Braies and more. We'll definitely be back!

Exceptional

New Chalet, pleasant stay, comfortable room, cleaning every day, nice view from the terrace, warm room and clean bathroom. The coffee from the bar is perfect, nice espresso 😀 communicative stuff and a warm welcome. All good and perfect for the family.

Impossible to sleep

The room itself was quite nice—cozy, well-appointed, and charming in all the ways you’d expect from a chalet stay.

What’s the point of booking a peaceful retreat if you’re unable to sleep? Our stay was seriously disrupted by loud noise coming from the room directly above ours—occupied by hotel staff. Until 1AM, we heard constant furniture being dragged. It was so intrusive that we had to go upstairs and knock on their door ourselves to ask them to stop. This kind of behavior from staff is completely unacceptable. Guests deserve peace and professionalism, especially during the night. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures future guests aren’t subjected to the same experience.

A hidden gem.

The rooms and building are clean and new. The hotel provided a dog bed and care package for my dog that was waiting in the room at check in. I was just looking for a cheap “good enough” hotel to stay at in the area and this vastly exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. The restaurant was great as well and had amazing service.

For the price we paid there is nothing bad I can say about this hotel.

Beautiful quiet stay in the Dolomites (but no AC!)

We had a great stay at this chalet in the Dolomites: The room was very spacious, we had a nice balcony overlooking the mountains, there were great facilities and it's nice and quiet. The bathroom was very spacious, everything was clean and we had a delicious dinner there when we arrived. Also I want to compliment them for their delicious and fresh breakfast; Everything came from local stores and was freshly prepared. Great coffee!

We were there in the Summer and there is no AC! It's very hot if you keep all windows closed in the Summer, but if you leave them open then there is too much light to sleep. This was a bit of a struggle. Luckily, we had sleeping masks with us so we could leave the windows open. The receptionists on both days looked grumpy and not very hospitable.

It’s in a very small town with minimal restaurant choices (only 2 restaurants in town including one that is part of the hotel) and no groceries, but we did have a great restaurant experience with the locals :)

View from rooms is lovely, the infrastructure seems new, beds are so comfortable, rooms are super clean. Breakfast is delicious both salty and sweet They are SUPER Dog friendly, fee of 20€/ night and in includes like a gift package for your dog qhich I have only seen here and I thought it was a lovely gesture

Nice chalet, but not convenient opening hours of the restaurant especially for families who travel.

I really liked the decoration of the entire chalet. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee one of the best I’ve ever had!

We arrived at the chalet at 15:00 and the kitchen was closed. It was opening again at 19:15. Until that time the bar had nothing to serve, not even a toast while there was nothing open in the entire village.

Camera nuova accogliente e ben arredata, con pulizia perfetta e una bellissima vista sulle Dolomiti. Staff gentilissimo, colazione abbondante e varia tra salato e dolce. Ho fatto delle splendide vacanze. Consiglio senz'altro di soggiornare in questo albergo, che si trova anche in un'ottima posizione per visitare i vari centri del Cadore .

Tutto perfetto, curato nei dettagli. Camera pulita con smart TV, bollitore con selezione di thè e mele disidratate in omaggio. Sono molto attenti agli sprechi e offrono soluzioni green. Colazione divina, ampia scelta, offre sia salato che dolce di qualità con prodotti locali. Il ristorante propone cucina tipica con vastissima selezione di vini. Lo consiglio vivamente, sarete coccolati.

Really functional and comfortable rooms with awesome breakfast

On our trip this was our favorite place where we stayed. The room design was great and functional; there were enough places to pack things and they were at the right locations. Their restaurant and their dinner is great, a little bit expensive but very high quality and creative foods. Breakfast was also great. And the staff was nice and responsive to our requests like having a second blanket, etc.

The location is slightly out of the main attractions, so the view is not as magnificent. But it's not far anyway.

트레치메 라바레도를 여행해야 하는데, 많이들 가는 코르티나담페초는 가격이 비싸서 비슷한 거리의 숙소를 찾다가 예약 하게 되었습니다. 외부인이 오는 곳이라고는 이 호텔밖에 없는, 아주 조용하고 인적도 드문 마을입니다. 호텔 앞에 주차하는데 동네 개 2마리가 계속해서 짖어대고 몇 안되는 동네 주민들은 구경거리라도 된 양 계속 보고 계실정도로 사람도 적고 작은 동네이고, 그만큼 조용합니다. 호텔의 여직원분은 의사소통에 적당한 영어를 구사해주셨고, 친절하셨습니다. 주방장님도 친절하셔서 런치타임이 끝났는데도 빠르게 식사 준비를 해주셨습니다. 작고 인적이 드문 동네이지만 호텔 내부는 깔끔하고 현대적입니다. 구글 리뷰를 봐선 아마 최근에 리노베이션을 하지 않았나 싶습니다. 방도 넓고, 방의 인테리어도 깔끔하게 잘 되어있고, 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 이탈리아에서 머무르는 동안 최고의 조식을 여기서 맛보았습니다. 이곳저곳을 여행해보았지만 호텔 조식에서 석청(벌집)이 그대로 나오는 곳은 이곳이 처음이었습니다. 빵과 과일, 꽃 향기가 은은히 느껴지는 햄, 치즈 등 모든 재료가 맛있었습니다. 엘레베이터도 도심의 엘레베이터에 비하면 굉장히 넓습니다.

방에 처음 들어갔을 때 이불 밑에서 구겨진 과자 봉지가 나와서 청소가 잘 되고 있는 것인지 의심되었습니다. 방문을 밀어서 닫지 않으면 제대로 잠기지 않아 문을 닫을때 신경써야 합니다.

Una gran sorpresa en un lugar fantastico en un ambiente acogedor

La calidad del producto , la variedad y el servicio , muy bueno. El lugar y el ambiente . Tuve la sensación de estar en el Tirol, no me lo podia creer, mi sensación y "digo mi sensación" es que no era Italia

No me gusto el importe de la carga del vehiculo. Partiendo de la base que mi coche es un hibrido. La sensación es que acababan de colocarlo y todavia no tenian experiencia de como valorar las cargas. A pesar del susto inicial al decirme el importe, la persona que estaba en recepción , entendió la situacion y decidió rebajarlo a la mitad...aun asi pague el doble de lo que cobran las compañias eléctricas como enel (Italia)Endesa o Iberdrola (España). Yo creo que este tema lo tendrán solucionado y optimizado en breve, son muy buena gente y ademas muy profesionales

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel établissement où le bois clair contribue à son cadre chaleureux. Très bien situé, avec un restaurant de qualité et un grand parking pour nos deux motos. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel.

Excellent - à choisir sans hésiter

Super hôtel ! Restaurant excellent, literie parfaite, bar super, et service irréprochable ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien exposées.

L'insonorisation. C'est pas non plus le critère très fort mais nous entendons juste les volets des voisins lorsqu'ils les remontent. Rien de grave. Sinon nous n'en sommes tout de même pas à les entendre parler.
