Excellent get away for a couple if you don't take a train.

Clean, modern, well designed. Large room. Well maintained.

No shuttle from train station. No solution to no shuttle, just "get a taxi" (but not available). Should offer pick up service. Most staff had very limited English speaking ability and some didn't want to try.

Great until Saturday night and then spoilt by one idiot or a few in one room. Otherwise perfect

Very clean and new, comfortable with great facilities. But no gym!!

It got very noisy on Saturday night, and we do mean VERY noisy, until about 3am. But you get considerate people on occasions, but 3am!!! Come on!!! Shut these people up!!

This place took our breath away! We love sauna and relaxation and this place had it all. The private sauna and soaker tub were exceptional and just what we needed to unwind and de-stress. Can't recommend this place more!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at recently. Great room. Great staff. Late checkin possible. Having the sauna and the jacuzzi in the room was incredible. Bathroom was large. Great view from the balcony. The food at the restaurant was incredible, had to order a second steak as it was one of the best we had the whole trip. Excellent hotel. Make sure you book a room with the sauna in.

Can't fault it. Check out is very early at 10am but we had to leave earlier than that anyway.

Wellness becomes nightclub & nightmare

The view

It’s a small property with about 10 rooms and below that a restaurant. Upon arrival I was told the restaurant was closed (fine). When I later arrived at the property again, it turned out they were hosting a private party that went on until at least 1.30. Music loud, people singing, etc. I filed a complaint and they told me I should have asked to lower the volume. I think that if you keep true hospitality in mind, you would have done so without your guests having to complain. I would never visit again and recommend you to skip this property as well.

A very natural and pleasant hotel for a relaxed stay!

- eco theme: a lot of wood in the design, felt very pleasant and natural - cool facilities: a sauna and a bath inside the room, pure luxury, all very clean and tidy - good breakfast and restaurant menu, very welcoming - convenient location for daily travel and a spacious parking - but most importantly - the balcony view, it is awesome in any weather and time of the day

- the AC was located over the sauna and was a bit tricky to reach by a remote control, but it is the only minor issue which could be found there

Spa like room with spectacular view

The view and rooms were exceptional. The hot tub and sauna were incredible, personal spa in your room. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed M-W so we were unable to try the local food. Breakfast was very basic but ok.

Heaven in the Dolomites

Perfect place to stay to experience the beauty of the Dolomites! A short drive away from the stunning panoramas at the MMM DOLOMITES. (Messner Mountain Museum) The staff was wonderful. Clean, reasonable accommodations. Highly recommend.

The small refrigerator in the room was small and not very cold. Only one room key per room and when you left, everything electric in the room shuts off... Including the refrigerator!! That's really unacceptable. If you're home for the day, everything in your refrigerator gets warm.

The view from the property was spectacular. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were so accommodating! They even helped with my dietary restrictions due to celiac disease. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated! A wonderful stay!

Fabulous rooms with sauna

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. A sauna and a jacuzzi bath IN the room was superb. Dinner in the restaurant wasn’t cheap but it was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Brand new place Very clean Decent breakfast

Check-in is with no human assistance - a little bit complicated to understand. The main disadvantage was that although the place is brand new, the shower in our room flooded the entire room after only a few minutes of showering… The fact that, as mentioned, there was no one physically there to assist us made everything problematic and the help came very late.

The location was great in daylight but to go out in the evenings is tricky without a car due to the location. I also didn't like that it was extra cost to use the sauna, that should be highlighted in the description. It was the reason for choosing this hotel.

Superb

The room was with a beautiful view on the mountains, very warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast included in the price was very good and the staff was kind.

The location of the hotel was tricky, you can reach it only by car, not by public transportation, and it’s far from the center of village/town. Even though we had a double bed, we had two single down filled comforter.

An elegant, pleasant hotel with great potential.

The design of the hotel and room is elegant and light. Our room ( a Junior Suit) was very spacious with a lovely view to the valley and mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable and there was ample storage space in the room. The location is vey good for exploring the Dolomites. Staff were friendly.

There are various minor items that, if improved, would make this hotel really great: - Breakfast consists mainly of bread and cakes, hardly any fruit, vegetables or dairy products available. To be fair, when we asked for those products, some fruit and vegetables were provided the next morning. Why not on a regular basis? and why not offer a selection of eggs, not just hard-boiled? - At dinner, there are no real options for vegetarians. - The A/C in the room cannot be operated until the beginning of October, although the evenings can be quite cold this time of year. - The mini bar is empty, no products offered. - The bathroom does not have enough hangers and shelves for toiletries and there is no shelve in the shower for soap etc. - There is no elevator to the second floor (where the rooms are located), yet the staff didn't offer us help with our luggage. Note: if you use Google Maps to navigate, enter the name of the hotel (Giallo Dolomiti), not the address (59 Via XX Settembre). If you enter the address you will find yourself near the town center, about 400 meters south of the hotel.

A nice stay with a few minor issues

It’s a new property! Room is nicely finished with wood which makes it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was great, the lake view from the balcony was also amazing! The restaurant is a mixed bag, but we got a “sushi evening” and sushi was really really good!

The biggest complain is breakfast - it’s was a joke. They promise “local food”, but instead they serve super minimal breakfast consisting of just one kind of cheapest cheese and ham, some musli, milk, concentrate juice and home made pancakes. Other food is sweets, also quite average. No even eggs… One of the poorest breakfast we ever had. The conditioning is located in such a way that it pushes cold air over the bed and it’s uncomfortable to sleep with a/c on. We’ve tried restaurant twice, and while sushi evening was great, the in-house dishes were average at best. We had pieces of shaved hairs from previous guests in the bathroom just below the mirror and in the shower - it’s hard to believe it wasn’t noticed during the cleaning :( Toothbrush cup was dirty as well. Also note that this hotel doesn’t have the daily cleaning.

Relaxed feeling in the hotel, close to hikes.

Fresh, light hotel with wooden surfaces. Modern minimal design but cosy. Room was a good size with a lovely balcony. Excellent restaurant. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Easy to drive to some excellent hikes.

the decorations of the hotel is fancy which let you feel super comfortable no noise at all the staff is very professional and speak different languages you feel that the hotel is brand new fantastic lake view the room is large enough excellent breakfast we missed one item in the room then we back the day after. the staff was very cooperative and they found the item after deep search and they even offered a coffee (THANX)

Nice hotel with gorgeous view and excellent restaurant. Bike garage with all necessary tools and cleaning place for cyclists. Definitely worth of visiting second time
