That I had a bed and a bathroom, central location in Pieve di Cadore

Many things did not work, including the sink which was blocked by the plug that could not be opened in any way. No air conditioning either, luckily it wasn't that hot. This used to be a 4 star hotel, currently a shadow of its former self

Pleasant stay to use as base for travelling to multiple spots for sight seeing.

Nice shower. Very nice room with a desk and a small fridge. We had the breakfast included and it included also coffee. 5 min away from supermarket.

The lift felt a bit outdated.

the property is in a nice location with lake views from some rooms and close to restaurants. It has free parking and a free breakfast with some good options. The place seemed nicely clean.

The family room was a double bed and sofa bed. Neither was comfortable, the sofa bed creaked loudly. The room was very warm and stuffy, which made it very hard to sleep. there is a balcony and window that can be opened for air, but then the bugs came in and the street noise is very loud with big trucks going by and also loud music playing until late at night. soundproofing was pretty good when windows closed, but then so hot and stuffy. we cancelled our 2nd reservation.

Superb

The hotel is nice and quiet. I had good sleep there, what is not very typical. Especially pleasant was hotel personnel. They are from Ukraine - very positive, professional and customers-oriented. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant as well - we arrived late, but still was able to have dinner.

The room size - it is way too tiny for two people. Bed takes 80% of all room space. For 1 night - ok, for more - not especially comfy.

Fridge wasn’t working half of the room was broken. The breakfast really poor. The beds were splitting in the night. Really bad for how much we paid for it. Really wasn’t worth price.

location is ok if you willing to travel to different valleys, the hotel offer a parking space but it isn't a big one... so first come first served, the staff is friendly and welcoming

the room decor and forniture are dated and can do with a refresh, the breakfast selection is poor, not much options, the heating on the room at the ground floor is RIDICULE, it is not working so AVOID the room staring with 100 if you go there in the winter season!

A very welcome rest from our previous week's hiking....staff couldn't have been better!!!!

The end of our Alta via 4 hike, tired, smelly and hungry ......we couldn't have anticipated the welcome. The hotel was locked when we arrived but after ringing the number provided we were inside within 1 minute 😁. Checked in done we were served with coffee and croissants before even getting to our rooms, what a delight!! The room was spacious and the beds very comfy, bathroom also great and a fabulous shower as well. Evening meal was taken at the next door pizzeria followed by a very sound sleep. Breakfast the following morning was more than enough, coffee 'on tap', the usual breakfast foods and juices and all very relaxed. On departure we asked if it was possible to leave our bags for an hr or so while we toured the small town. On return to pick them up we were offered a final coffee and also brought out some cream croissants.....a perfect end to our stay. I know where I'll be staying next visit!!!!! Thanks to ate staff 😁😁

Not many options for breakfast, it is more adjusted for Italian taste (many sweets), with very limited choices for vegetarians, and almost no choices for vegans.

Pricey for the offering

The breakfast was good, however the second day we got there a little later (but still during the time slot) and there was a fewer things left. The view was nice, but there is a road passing beneath that is noisy, and no chairs on the balcony to just enjoy the view.

The price of the room is very expensive for the quality of the facility. We had booked this hotel because there was not much else available in the area.

4* maybe was on year 1980. Rooms were equipped with lamps but no one of them was working. TV put wasnt working and we had to ask new one. After washing discovered that drying apparatus has only stayed in wall and not working. Lift was falling and not going just down. Corridors were dirty, plugs were special sizes and the only one was behind of TV and very hardly catched. Bath was rusted. We get locked in garage as respa given–t key and catched up only hand lighter. Also we were unpleasantly surprised that balcony was only in bathroom. Door was sticked and can not be closed in room, furniture from year 1980. In breakfast asked coffee 3 times and didn’t received it, was asking for macchiato

The day we arrived at the hotel we were given a menu to order what we wanted the following day for breakfast. The next day we showed up at the restaurant for breakfast and we were seated. We waited for about 30 minutes and nothing arrived. No water, juice, coffee, or food. We were forced to leave and find breakfast somewhere else.
