the property considering the location, for the price I paid was ok-ish. I would have liked the room to be more airy and

Good, except the treatment from the reception woman ivana!

Big room, clean, nice view to the mountain, the staff of the breakfast were nice.

The reception woman Ivana wasn’t nice at all with me and my friend, we came late to check in cause we could not come earlier and she was mad at us, and told us that it is too late for her, after we went to the room, i went again for her to ask about the parking and I didn’t find her at the desk, after i waited for her and pushed the bell she came to me and said what now! It was so rude and not acceptable at all. By the way, the rest for the staff were so nice!

Friendly staff, great stay

Very friendly staff. Overall stay was comfortable. Sara and Nicola did an excellent job at the restaurant. Always attentive and fast service. I traveled for an ultra and had to leave the hotel at 6AM in the morning. The guys prepared an earlier breakfast, from 5:30, which needs a special mention. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

It was warm so maybe a fan or air condition would have made the stay more comfortable.

Ne é valsa la pena soprattutto per la conoscenza e l ospitalità del cameriere.

Location carina e accogliente, i letti sono un po scomodi, ma il personale é super accogliente e molto gentile, in particolar modo il cameriere che accoglie e aiuta durante la colazione.

Все чисто , приємно, гарно пахне, привітливий персонал .

Трішки шумно , через те що поруч дорога а якщо закрити вікна то жарко. Але я думаю якби ми звернулись до персоналу то вони б ввімкнули сильніше кондиціонер, так як він заблокований для відпочиваючих керувати може персонал.

Zimmer für diesen Preis zu klein Keine Ablageflächen. Waren mit Fahrradtaschen unterwegs und mussten diese am Boden ausbreiten. Keine Ablageflächen im Bad Türe von Dusche schließt nicht

Excellent séjour

Le personnel était top, la chambre spacieuse et propre (pratique avec notre berger allemand), vue incroyable depuis notre chambre, petit déjeuner parfait. Hôtel très dog friendly comme la clientèle, ça change de la France. Petit parking à l'arrière, nous avons toujours pu nous y garer.

Le bruit de la route mais c'est comme ça partout dans les Dolomites

La struttura accogliente ci ha regalato giorni di vacanze bellissimi. Il titolare ed il personale disponibile e cordiale ha accompagnato i nostri giorni di vacanze (in particolare Nicola con la sua simpatia e professionalità ci accoglieva al ristorante sempre con un sorriso). Da menzionare anche un ottima colazione come pure la cena. Perfetta anche la posizione per le varie escursioni nelle località di vacanze vicine.
