Great location amazing staff

It's a great location and very good value for money. The little food area had everything you could want for breakfast and snack during the day. Christiano was very helpfull and the best "host". We will be back for sure.

It was worth the drive we took to reach it. Great view. Great hospitality.

Location was superb. The person who we met Cristiano was very friendly and warm. Helped us with whatever we needed. We washed our clothes. We cooked a bit. Room size was good. Clean. Great views. The pantry was open all day. That was really a nice touch. The town Sappada is so pretty. Enjoyed walking around.

I wish there was different warm eggs dishes available for breakfast. No other complaint.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a beautiful location.

As we were running late for check in, the hotel management called us to make sure everything was okay. When we arrived, we were accompanied to our room and given a tour of the beautiful suite and facilities. It was a perfect spot from which to explore Sappada on foot. We were offered suggestions on dining in the area, given a map with a suggested walking itinerary as well as some interesting history on the village. We really enjoyed the 24 hour breakfast as well.

We loved everything about this place and the people.

the bathroom door was very hard to close and the water pressure in the shower was very very low but those are minor little things.

Late check in (after 16:00). We have a family member who did not participate in the sports and with (almost) all restaurants closed around mid-day she had nothing to do, nowhere to go...from 11:00 (when we arrived to Sappada) until 16:00 ...

Mega miejsce, na pewno wrócimy! „Byliśmy w Residence Cavanis pod koniec lutego i szczerze – petarda. Przede wszystkim jest mega czysto, co dla mnie jest zawsze najważniejsze. Śniadania po prostu przepyszne, ale największym zaskoczeniem był podwieczorek. Kawa, soki i jakieś słodkości są dostępne przez cały dzień, co się rzadko zdarza i robi mega robotę, jak się wraca z dworu. Normalnie szok, że tak dbają o gości. Spędziliśmy tu 4 noce i ciężko było wyjeżdżać. Jeśli szukacie czegoś w Sappadzie, to bierzcie w ciemno

Perfektna lokacija, mirna lokacija ob smučišču, čist objekt, samopostrežna hrana, ki jo uživaš v apartmaju, prijazno osebje, še posebej vodja recepcije. Še se bomo vrnili.

Internet ni bil dosegljiv v sobi, zgolj v kuhinji. Postelje bi lahko imele boljše vzmetnice. Zajtrk bi lahko vključeval jajčka.

Soggiorno rilassante, come sentirsi a casa!

Piccola ma molto accogliente, monolocale molto carino con stanza letto attrezzata di lampade, piumini e due cuscini per ognuno; angolo cottura comprendente lavandino, acqua potabile, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, bicchieri, posate, piatti, tazze, tovagliette. Non si sente assolutamente il freddo anche se fuori è -10ºC! In più la struttura ha una stanza buffet h24, con dolci fatti in casa, brioches e qualcosa di salato, tra cui affettati confezionati, yogurt, biscotti e fette biscottate in mono porzioni, cereali mono porzioni, Nutella e marmellata mono porzioni, burro, macchinette per caffè, e anche alternative senza glutine per chi è celiaco (fette biscottate, muffin, corn flacks). Quando si torna da una sciata o da una passeggiata si può fare merenda. Tutto però preso con vassoio e portata in camera. Eccellente, staff e proprietario gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta!

Perfetto!

L’appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era spazioso e ben arredato. Ben isolato al piano terra (con due bimbi di due anni e mezzo è stata una buona soluzione). Il buffet h24 il plus! Cristiano alla reception super disponibile e cordiale. Il cambio di asciugamani gratuito che ci è stato messo da disposizione. La posizione perfetta nel bellissimo borgo di Sappada.

Se proprio devo trovare una piccola nota negativa, dal nostro appartamento, era necessario uscire dalla struttura per potersi recare al buffet e alla reception. Lo segnalo perché magari in inverno potrebbe essere un piccolo disagio in più.

La camera aveva una vista sulle montagne veramente ottima il mini appartamento di dimensioni normali, ottima la posizione e buona anche la possibilità di avere la colazione inclusa e eventuali snack nel pomeriggio. Personale molto gentile e parcheggio comodo.

Ho prenotato per tre adulti ma poi il figlio non è venuto e meno male perchè la stanza prenotata per tre adulti può accomodare solo due adulti e magari un bambino ma con tra adulti gli spazi sono decisamente sacrificati. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo della stanza, buona ma essenzialmente tutto industriale quindi la quantita di zuccheri assunti è veramente eccessiva, non dico che la possibilità della colazione e merende sia negativa , anzi, ma certamente lontano dai parametri di una nutrizione salutare.

Residence perfetto in una zona bellissima! Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera con angolo cottura come da descrizione. Bagno comodo e ben arredato. Passeggiate incantevoli nei dintorni. Un posto ideale per rilassarsi e ritrovarsi. Torneremo (anche con il cane!!)
