All about the view - but not much else !

Breakfast was really good.The view was absolutely amazing—waking up to see donkeys, cows, and a little horse right under the hotel made it feel truly special and close to nature.

The hotel urgently needs an upgrade and proper management. When we arrived, all doors were locked and we had to call the owner three times just to get in. We also had to wait for the girl in charge to wake up and tell us where to park our motorcycle while it was raining. The room definitely wasn’t worth €133 a night...no way...it felt cheap, with no toilet paper holder, empty soap bottles, a dirty chair on the terrace, and a terrace door that barely opened because it stuck to the floor. Staff should also be told not to smoke every 15 minutes right under the terrace of Room 9, as well as to respect guests’ privacy. It was uncomfortable having people constantly watching us and hearing endless talking. The room is definitely not soundproof....the blonde girl was slamming the door opposite ours so often it felt like she was inside our room. It’s a pity because the location is absolutely brilliant. With better management and attention to detail, this place could really shine.

Comodo hotel alla mano a 10 minuti da Sappada senza spendere follie !

Prezzo equilibrato per trascorrere 1 notte con colazione inclusa a 10 minuti da Sappada Struttura alla mano, con letti comodi, forniti anche di topper. Camera riscaldata, si sta bene, molto apprezzati i caloriferi caldi soprattutto la sera e la mattina al risveglio. Parcheggi disponibile in loco Possibilità di pranzare o cenare (extra) basta avvisarli anche 1 oretta prima con un colpo di telefono Staff gentilissimo !

Da migliorare un pochino la colazione, con la descrizione delle brioches o altro, lo yogurt da mettere in un frighetto. Spiegare che il caffè, latte e té , vengono ordinati direttamente al banco bar. Te lo portano loro, sono gentilissimi !

Sono arrivata per caso in questo hotel da sola, lo staff mi ha accolto con molta gentilezza specialmente Tiziana la barista e Mario il direttore molto gentili e disponibili

Preis/Leistung ungenügend

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits der umliegenden Dörfer. Also eigentlich ganz.

Das Zimmer hatte eine absolut hellhörige Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer. Das Haus liegt an einer gute befahrenen Ortsstrasse auch Nachts. Mit offenen Fenster schlafen(im Sommer unausweichlich) ist dadurch nicht sehr erholsam. Generell hört man in diesem Haus alles, Klospülungen Duschen usw. Das Inventar und die Wände sowie das Gebäude an sich sind reichlich abgewohnt. Für 125€ pro Nacht in einem winzigen Einzelzimmer darf man doch etwas mehr erwarten.

La gentilezza e disponibilità dell proprietario, ottima la colazione. La struttura è perfetta per accogliere i cani in quanto gli spazi sono generosi sia nelle stanze che nelle parti comuni.

La posizione

Qualità del cibo, bottiglie di vino a tavola già aperte e parzialmente consumate, caffè annacquati, wc tutto macchiato di giallo, necessità di richiedere carta igienica poiché sprovvista in camera, doccia con rubinetto fisso.

Peccato andarsene

Durante la permanenza in struttura sono stata coccolata dallo staff e dalle montagne. Camera singola con bagno impeccabile. Cura e attenzione anche per quanto riguarda i pasti: fare colazione in terrazza, perdere lo sguardo lungo la valle, tra gli alberi, le montagne, il paesino... e il cielo. Grazie.

Il campanaccio al collo del pony pezzato, nella proprietà accanto: suonava ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte! Inizialmente molto pittoresco si è rivelato col passare dei giorni anche molto fastidioso...
