Very quiet and good to sit outside and chill. Bedroom ( quadruple) large and with a good shower. Very clean. Bedroom (triple) smaller but still clean with enough space to put luggage. Plenty of parking.

A bit too far from Modena. Restaurants are too far to walk too. Kitchen area very small. Ok for us as we had booked both rooms but would be awkward if two separate families were to use it. The mattress in the quadruple room had seen better days! No

Family and I enjoyed a walk after dinner in the country road, vineyards, Balsamic factory, crops!!!

Fantastic Hosts, great if you have a car. It is in the country so if you want quiet an nature, big plus. If you want city life, not so much. It is one train stop away from the City (Quattro Ville and then a walk on a country road, the only one so hard to get lost). A few steps away from one of the premier Balsamic Vinegar producers in the world, they have a museum and tastings.

Poco e nulla di speciale.

Il servizio, le parti comuni sono scialbe. Si entra nella struttura su una parte comune poco agevole per via delle aperture. Lo spazio comune misura pochi metri quadrati, circa 5/7 mq. All’arrivo per messaggi ti comunicano che devi lasciare i soldi della tassa di soggiorno in contanti. Avrebbero potuto benissimo prelevare i soldi in altri modi certamente più moderni, del resto il cliente deve fare il check-in su piattaforma (procedura laboriosa rispetto ad altre). Se non avessi chiesto io la ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno non credo che l’avrei ricevuta…. Struttura lontana da Modena centro

Soggiorno Modena

Il parcheggio,

In tutti gli altri alloggi che ho frequentato ti facevano trovare in camera qlche cosa di benvenuto, Non dico gran che , un paio di bottiglie di acqua, ,2 succhi, 4 brioches.( Penso non ci voglia gran che .... però uno apprezza). Non mi piace che ci sia in giro un Dobermann libero nel giardino comune... Con tutto quello che succede... Per correttezza si dovrebbe tenere in una parte con recinzione.

La ubicación y los propietarios, que eran personas amable.

No entiendo la altas puntuaciones del alojamiento, parece que solo lo son por la amabilidad de los propietarios. Claramente el establecimiento no tiene mantenimiento ni está en estado de recibir gente en condiciones. Si son un alojamiento turístico han de asumir que han de hacer mantenimiento oportuno para recibir personas. No todo vale para los turistas! La habitación da directamente a la "cocina compartida" con lo cual no hay intimidad, ni tranquilidad y te comes los olores de lo que cocinen el resto de inquilinos. Arañas y telarañas por todas partes. Otros bichos menos agradables por la habitación y en el armario que no nos atrevimos a usar. Mosquiteras rotas por lo que no puedes abrir las ventanas Solo dos luces funcionaban en la habitación por lo que no hay apenas hay iluminación. Nevera y microondas dentro de la habitación por lo que al ser una nevera vieja has de dormir toda la noche con el ruido. Si calientas algo en el microondas se queda todo el olor en la habitación y luego has de ir a comer a la cocina, si es que hay sitio por que en la habitación no puedes comer. La llamada cocina es un cuarto super pequeño sin apenas utensilios y vajilla y a compartir entre los dos alojamientos, es decir que ha de dar servicio a unas 7 personas, en la que solo hay 3 sillas y una mini mesa. No hablaré de la cama por que eso ya es muy personal pero son viejas y como tal pues no son cómodas. No esperaba grandes comodidades, esperaba algo sencillo por el precio pero si almenos limpieza y no un nido de insectos. Sin duda las fotos engañan muchísimo. Yo no puedo recomendarlo para ir a relajarte y pasar unos dias por que no hay confort

La colazione non era compresa, ma comunque sia in camera ci hanno fatto trovare delle bustine per te/caffe , fette biscottate e biscottini. Graditi dai miei bimbi. Camere e servizi puliti, letti accoglienti. Paesaggio intorno stupendo.Lo consiglio
