Location, building and decor
No central heating aircon.
Shower heads and shower gel dispenser are not working well.
There's s few small things that need attention. If there's no central heating then buy an electric blanket.

Didn't have the breakfast but the location is perfect. We'll be staying with you next time we visit Cape Town.
A slightly later checkout would be nice.

Location is fine
Not a conventional hotel or booking setup so need to be prepared . My Aircon wasn’t working which was terrible and can make ur stay miserable in the Cape Town February heat
