Very near to DHL Stadium where the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon starts and finishes. Nearby coffee shops, stores and restaurants as well as Seapoint.
The indoor lock and only 2 coffees without milk, sugar and tea. Need some improvement on some areas as it’s a bit worn out. Add more spoon and fork, there is only a pair.

The location was excellent and convenient.
The unit smelled like weed when we arrived which was awful. The smell stayed during our whole duration of our stay. They could do better with the cutlery and crockery and the tv took long to work. Other than that it was pleasant.
