Good price-quality location in riva del garda

Very spacious apartment, comfy balcony.

Small technical things, for example the walking entrance code didn’t work. Also no clarity on the extra charges during booking. Towels and bedsheets have to be paid extra and this is communicated after booking. Checking the booking page if you go into the services and look into the detail you find it, however it’s not clear enough. Additionally there is a 80€ possible fine if the trash is not properly separated and taken out but there is no clarity on which bags to use and not enough bags where left to separate all different types of trash. Then there is one key for all the building for throwing away the trash and this wasn’t properly explained. If we are paying a cleaning fee, it would be simpler to ask the guests to separate the trash but then the apartment takes care of taking it out

Nice apartment in good location if traveling by car.

Very nice and big apartment with private parking, therefore perfect if you travel by car and want to reach all the climbing, hiking or via ferrata spots. Thanks a lot.

Very nice appartement in silent area, about 10 minutes by foot from the centre. Ivan, the host, is superfriendly and helpful!

The appartement has two terrasses, but I missed a table and chairs to sit outside! That would be a great improvement.

Absolutely stunning place, never wanted to leave. Willing to return anytime!

Newly build/furnished apartment in quiet location. Air conditioned, spacious and very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom has king size bed with all the linens needed. Lots of storage place., nice modern bathroom with shower, washingmachine. Garage is suitable even for longer vehicles and you can store a bikes there as well as you have a door to it. Elevator is a big plus! Neighbors are locals & super quiet!

Es war ein toller Balkon dabei,, die Wohnung war sehr großzügig geschnitten und vorallen Dingen war ein Tiefgaragenplatz dabei . Per WhatsApp lief der Kontakt, was wir sehr gut fanden .Wir kommen gerne wieder

Arco ist immer eine Reise wert

Gute Lage zur Stadt. Moderne Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Klimatisiert, was bei der großen Hitze ein Vorteil war. Garage für Auto und E-Bikes. Etwas lieblos eingerichtet.

Informationen zum Schlüssel kamen erst kurz vor der Ankunft. Nur 2 Handtücher pro Person waren bei 39 Grad und regelmäßigem Duschen zu wenig. Vermieter wollte nicht nachliefern. Nicht besonders sauber. Am meisten stört, dass im Erdgeschoß 3 große Hunde wohnen. Fängt einer an zu bellen, legen gleich alle Hunde los. Zum Teil schon morgens um 7.00h und bis 23h.

Posizione ottima, appartamento isolato, moderno e silenzioso.

L'appartamento si trova in un condominio nuovissimo, è molto isolato nonché silenzioso. Il riscaldamento (eravamo qui a febbraio) funziona benissimo.
