Lovely room
We travelled with another couple who enquired about breakfast as we were not able to book this on booking.com. They were told breakfast is usually £15 but they could include it for £10 pp, so I then also sent a message asking if we could also book this breakfast for the same price as were are travelling as a group. I was told no I had to pay the £15, so 4 people would be sat at a table for breakfast with 2 of them paying £10pp and the other 2 £15pp. Because of this we decided not to have breakfast here and spend our money elsewhere.
We also arrived slightly early at around 2pm and was told our room wasnt ready yet, but we could leave our bags there and the staff would put them in our room for us. When we returned back at around 4.45 the coffee shop was closed we had no message or communication from the Hive of how we gained access to our room. Luckily I messaged on booking.com and received a reply. Upon gaining access we we shocked to discover our bags had been left in the middle of the public corridor for anyone to pick up on the way past.
Because of all these issues sadly we would not return or recommend.
