Great location, pity about the noise!

The location was ideal - just over the road from the Cliff Top Path and a short walk into Hermanus. Ficks, a great tapas restaurant within ten minutes. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable and clean. There was an smaill outside space which had a table and from which we could see the sea and the mountains. A well equipped kitchen and effective aircon.

There were workmen doing renovations in the apartnment below us. We were given the option to decline the booking and chose not to. But it meant that it was incredibilly noisy for the Monday and Tuesday we were there from about 8.30 to 4,30. Fortunately we were able to be out most of that time. Without this disruption the apartment would have had a higher rating than the one given here.

I would have preferred a better view of the ocean,as there was only a side view,however if I have to book again I will keep this in mind to request for an apartment with sea view

Location is good but we were very disspaointed wthe other things mentioned above.

Location within good walking distance to the centre of town and right across from Ficks pool.

The dishes and cutlery were dirty , the glasses had pink lipstick on them. No aircon in our bedroom . The en suite bathroom had a SEE THROUGH glass door . If you are lying in bed and your partner is on the loo, well its all see through so there is no privacy. There were someone elses clothes , hat, books in our bedroom cupboard. There was a constant 'running of water noise ' in the pipes which you could hear at night .

Very comfortable, the only aspect that kept us from a 10 rating is the guest room toilet/shower - which is somewhat cramped, and for people who like to do their business more privately, the glass sliding door only provides an illusion of privacy - but not major for a short stay.

It was a nice apartment overall but a bit impractical.

The kitchen was not really that well suited for self-catering. There was no counter space and storage was very limited with a number of cabinets up too high to reach unless one is over 6 feet tall. And the bathroom though very nice had zero cabinet space to store anything or set anything down. So it was impractical.And the view that is advertised wasn't that great.

The interior of the accommodation was exactly as per the photos. It was comfortable and classy. The host was great.

Based on the photos, we had expected to have a sea view. Please note that you stay in the back, overlooking the backyard of neighbours.

Beautifully done apartment. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Solar power back ip failed. No fun to carry Suitcases 2 floors downstairs. 2nd bedroom is part of living areas, if you travel with two couples, the privacy is not given. There are adjoining doors to another apartment. No keys to lock from inside.

…the absolute most beautiful bathroom; it is generally a rare find to have all the amenities available in one place; airconditioner; smart TV with Netflix; high end finishes throughout; meticulously clean and very safe.

I would suggest that a Nespresso coffee machine would be a great addition to the apartment.

Excellent location. Rooms are neat and comfortable. Kitchenette was well equipped.

Very limited sea view and as an upmarket self-catering unit the swiss pocket knife corkscrew was inconvenient. Given the units sleeps 4 persons we missed a couch (or similar) for ease and comfort.
