Convenient location. Secure undercover parking. Beautifully decorated apartment. Gina was a wonderful host, met us at entrance. Great explanation of everything, making, a very secure apartment, easy to enter and exit. A chocolate left on each pillow. Milk, water and a bottle of sparkling wine left in the fridge- a nice touch.

The property is amazing, the style of the interior is exactly how the pictures show and feels very "homey". The location is A+ being able to walk everywhere in Hermanus.

We had a ball ...

Views, location and ample living space were highlights of the apartment. Everything needed to be comfortable was available including a gas fire, washing machine and lovely quality pots, plates, dishes etc., I quickly loaded our music to the smart TV to complete feeling at home.

It just a personal taste, but it was a little formulaic in design, so many reproduction Chinese urns? Honestly they were everywhere and hard to ignore (I tried) The theory 'less is more' has not been applied to the design so it came over as rather old fashioned.

The place is properly kitted with all your high end household appliances , dishes, cozy blankets etc. it’s tastefully decorated and looks and feels better than the website pictures. Great views as well.

Perfect location, Eloize handed over keys, communicated effectively and was very professional.

Construction works at The Esplanade and the paved access road to building. Loadshedding - no options in building, my husband is retired, has leg problems, and had to walk the stairs.

Great location,very well equiped and very clean and comfortable.

There was no emergency lighting for the power cuts. Rather than sit by candle light we had to go and buy an emergency light. We also got stuck in the lift as the power went off as we got in it. There should be a written procedure to inform guests what to do and there should be emergency lighting.

The decor, the view, the flow, the place was stocked beautifully. total luxury.

The bed in the main bedroom feels too small. The bigger window in the main bathroom desperately needs a blind for privacy, the opposite block can see into the shower. Please include USB charging connectors.

Such a beautiful Penthouse with ocean view! Huge terrace, great interior, air conditioning, all very clean and you could find everything you needed! Perfect stay, thanks so much :) and also you are in the middle of the town center and can go to many restaurants, cafes and shops by foot. Would always come back!!

The apartment is beautiful. The furniture was very modern, comfortable and it was tastefully decorated. The lady who met us on arrival, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend this penthouse for the space, decor, location and cleanliness.
