A mixture of comfort and style close to the sea

Milas Place is a very comfortable spacious apartment. The decor is stylish and everything you need is there. We could do a little bit of washing, ironing and also enjoyed the outside braai. The apartment was spotless. The location is perfect... very close to the beautiful cliffpath. Communication and host prompt and friendly

We had an exceptionally great stay at Milas Place. The keys were available in a lockbox and the instructions to get to the property and to the lockbox and the codes for the lockbox was brilliantly done. The BEST I have ever come accross ever. There was also really helpful video instructions on everything else relating to the property and surrounds. I had great interactions with the hosts as well via booking.com. I was also so happy about the milk in the fridge as we did forget to get that before we arrived that evening. Milas Place was beyond clean and everything that you would ever need was available, items you generally do not get at other establishments. I believe this is the perfect vacation home for a family to come and stay with a large living area, a big kitchen and two bathrooms. It is also very close to town centre and the cliff path but far enough away from town centre to be in a relaxed environment. Also always very important to me is comfortable beds and good linen and they had both. I highly recommend Milas Place.

Lovely stay at Bayview 118

Tastefully decorated, super clean unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lydia's communation with us was great. She welcomed us and gave a full tour of the unit and grounds. Also appreciated that we could meet earlier to collect the keys. The pool and seaview are amazing. Stunning gardens and well maintained complex.

The road noise was a bit loud at times.

Newly refurbished apartment. Agent helping us with check in was very helpful at all times during our stay. Shared braai facility was right on the beach however uncomfortable distance to go have dinner there.

Flat was garden facing, on a rather busy street. No outside seating that we really missed. Not able to braai at the apartment. communal BArbeque facilities 200m from apartment

One night was not enough. Exceptionally comfortable and quiet with excellent beds.

We arrived a day late as I was too unwell to travel the day we should have arrived. We were met and showed the apartment which had everything one could have required. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped.

My only complaint was that there was no air-conditioning as far as I know which made the sitting room very hot. We had to keep the cool light green net curtains closed which was a shame because the garden view was lovely.

Lydia was so sweet, welcoming us. It really felt like home away from home! The place was neat, clean, tidy and modern! Swimming pool was AWESOME!!Will be back again! Oh, And we got a late check out from Lydia as well! Thank you Lydia!!
