Marine Square Luxury Suites

Each room had own bathroom , the linen was clean and fresh. The shower gel and hand wash was good quality. The location and security is excellent.

The extra cleaning was engaged however it was not the best. This requires more attention to detail. There was not sufficient toilet rolls. There was only bed dressed and neatened kitchen and bathroom. Shower, toilet and wash basin was not washed and sanitised. The primary reason to request the extra service was to sanitise the bathrooms mainly. Thank you.

Very spacious and well appointed. Possibly the nicest of the flats at Marine Square in our experience.

Although everything was in good and new condition, I found the mattress too soft.

The apartment was beautiful - well laid out.

On our first night the air conditioners switched off and did not work. The Saturday morning the stove and oven did not work. The braai also ran out of gas. Whilst gas was provided it was inconvenient - one would expect this to be checked. Whilst I appreciate that the establishment moved us on Saturday night when there was no hot water - it was rather inconvenient and I was seriously considering leaving that evening.
