Wonderful stay

Very well equipped, tastefully decorated and very spacious.

Bit noisy with day traffic and a sea view would have scored a perfect 10. Close to the scenic walkways and as it is in town close to shops and eateries.

A central, modern located apartment that is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We'll be back!

Overall, the place was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed spending time there. The location is central with shops in close proximity and the security when walking in and out is comforting. We will definitely stay there again!

The only two things that would make this stay 5 star was to have tissues in the rooms (considering there are many other amenities) and the rooms at the top were a bit stuffy which aggravated nose allergies.

Lovely apartment, awful management

Great location if you don't want a sea view. Very spacious 2 bed apartment with 2 king beds

I booked an apartment with 3 physical beds but was given one with 2. Offered a camp bed but declined it. Booking.com never answered my messages. The management blamed booking and me for the error. Not really acceptable. Also the AC/heating never didn't work (management informed upon check in) . Not a problem for us but it will be a sweatbox/greenhouse in the height of the summer. Given management lack of care for clients, I doubt it will be fixed

It was such a lovely stay and located centrally, so easy to walk to everywhere we wanted and very close to all shops Our stay was in winter and it was great to have aircons in the room that kept the whole apartment warm

It would have been nice to have people help with daily cleaning and refreshing of the rooms. The cost of R450 per day is alot to pay for long stays

This was our second stay at the Suites and everything was just as excellent as our first visit.

The location was perfect. Close to shops and restaurants. All the places were within walking distance so there was no need to use our vehicle during our stay.

The wifi was a bit unstable in the evenings.

I would not hesitate to come back or recommend the hotel with the proviso that I could rent a different unit.

Wonderful location, clean very well maintained and spacious units and very helpful and friendly management.

The unit I was assigned is new to the hotel and unfortunately has a very loud backup power system, which makes it very difficult to enjoy the lower bedroom and lounge. I was not affected so much as I stayed in the upstairs bedroom and was attending a conference and was away most of the day.

Location is perfect. Restaurants / Coffee shops / Shops / Harbour within walking distance. Suites are beautifully decorated. Gina (our host) is an absolute gem - very professional, knowledgeable, friendly! We immediately felt at home! Security is excellent and the basement parking an extra bonus!

Gina was lovely and engaging and helpful - we arrived on time and she was available to meet us and take us into the apartment and show us how everything worked.

1) Window in the bathroom downstairs didn't lock - mentioned when leaving so trust it has been sorted. 2) QR Code link didn't work and we weren't given any information on daily load shedding which would have been helpful.

Lovely accommodation

The property was finished to a high standard, was very comfortable and clean. Good central location and the secure parking was an unexpected bonus. There were lots of extras which made the apartment more like home than a rental property. Very nice. 👍

The only suggestion would be to put an outer door on the downstairs bedroom as the bathroom is not ensuite. Guests in the ground floor bedroom are exposed if they want to use their bathroom facilities as it is right next to the kitchen. An outer door would solve that problem. Difficult for people with mobility problems as there are a number of stairs and the lift was out of order.

Complicated code system. Forgot to take sheet with codes so had great difficulty getting into our apartment at night. Our fault entirely but did speak to a contact eventually who gave us the relevant codes. Eloise was very patient and very helpful.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Marine Square Luxury Suites! The standout of my experience was undoubtedly Gina Beanie, whose kindness and unwavering assistance truly made my stay memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, making me feel incredibly welcome and showing incredible kindness. Gina is undoubtedly an asset to the group. The apartment itself was a true gem – modern, impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and wonderfully comfortable. It's clear that the management has taken great care to ensure guests have a top-notch experience. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of comfort and attention to detail. I am already looking forward to my next visit, thanks to the outstanding service and the delightful accommodations. Marine Square Luxury Suites has won me over, and I will definitely be returning again. Kudos to Gina Beanie and the entire team for creating such a remarkable experience!

Worst weekend ever

Very central

The smell of lavender was so overpowering that my nose was blocked the following morning. They were trying to mask the smell of the damp in the flat. The ceiling was collapsing from damp. Walls were bubbling due to damp. Drain was blocked. Shower door was so stiff from neglect. The ceiling trapdoor was open. The diesel fumes from the generator wafted into our room. The worst weekend ever.
