Fabulous stay in a lovely apartment with stunning sea view

We collected the keys to the apartment from the guest house reception which is 6 mins drive away. Teresa was very helpful explaining the access detail to the apartment and the parking - instructions how to find the small lane to entrance. The parking area is very secure underneath the apartment itself but to find this on our own without someone showing us was not easy but eventually we found it after walking around ! The apartment is amazing right in the front looking out on a magnificent view of the sea. 3 mins walk to all the restaurants around the corner , a lovely location , quiet considering apartment is in a building of other private holiday lets. Its was larger than expected and well equipped in the kitchen and lovely comfy beds and great showers. Love the shared patio and balcony. Definitely will stay again .

Had one issue with the sliding door lock in lounge that we couldnt unlock from inside but Teresa responded quickly and lock sorted .

Great view and look- can improve

Excellent location! Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Safe and quiet area. Loved the bed and aircons in the rooms and in the living space. Amazing view of the ocean in both rooms! Nice big kitchen and nice patio area! Loved the table and chairs on the balcony at the rooms! We were provided with towels in each bathroom which was nice.

The apartment is not sparkling clean. Some of the cutlery in the cupboards was not cleaned. I had to clean some of the cutlery. The fridge was not so clean and there was oil spills / fat spills on the ceilings in the kitchen from previous guests that was also not cleaned. There was also dirt under the couch in the sit area. There was toothpaste on a wood sit benched of the previous guests in one of the rooms as well as dirt (feses) inside the toilet seat of the single toilet of the previous guests. I could see that the apartment have not been deep cleaned in a while. I do recommend that more than one cleaning lady should clean the apartment (there was only 1 lady that cleaned). The apartment is too big for only 1 lady to clean properly between bookings when the time is limited. I do think that the apartment can do with some maintenance, such as replacing the broken toilet seat, fixing the shower door. Maintaining the glass doors in both rooms as the do struggle to open. Washing the carpets and scattered cushions. Maybe investing in the long run in a bigger tv for guests or replacing the carpets in the bedrooms with tiles, because if the carpets is not cleaned /washed reguarly between guests, tiles will be more hygienic. I am of the opinion that maintenance in the apartment is neccessary.
