Location, view, facilities
Cold up the stairs up to rooms, windows had not been left shut and had water ingress, sorted by staff but still had ingress from a door in the bedroom which had note on it to say not to open.

Lovely modern apartment with beautiful sea views in the heart of Hermanus with comfortable beds and nice downstairs living area. Safe parking in the basement.
The fact that it’s situated on a busy road so the street noise could sometimes be heard, although not too much of a problem.

Amazing location, well equipped, amazing view.
The street in front of the property is a bit busy, especially if you want braai in front.

Comfortable beds. Good aircon
Close proximity to road & pathway. People looking in when we sat outside was not nice
