Perfect stay at Bologna!

Great location. Walking distance to the city centre and 10mins walk from the train station, perfect for day trips to Modena and Parma which is what we did. The host is really attentive, friendly and flexible. We loved that they left plenty of food and drinks in the apartment to welcome us which is a great touch. We had the perfect stay! :))

Nice apartment and area

Clean, great staff, easy walk from train station. Lovely area from walk, great restaurants nearby. Sleeping rooms was really great.

Should have been a sofa or some chairs for relax and talk for a group of friends like us.

Highly recommend for bigger groups and families :)

The Charming Flat is in a perfect location, easy to get to from the airport, easy to go out to the center of Bologna. The Host is extremely helpful and nice, answering promptly any questions and requests through whatsapp. The Flat is indeed charming, lots of space for a bigger family or group of friends. I appreciate also taking into account our stay with a 3year old - additional crib, potty, high chair, etc.

Superb

It was clean, elegant and spacious. Everything was in good working order, and it had a good range of provisions. The hosts were responsive and very helpful- we were particularly grateful to them for booking us our taxi to the airport.

We wished that dishwasher tablets had been provided, since there was a dishwasher in the kitchen. It would also have been nice to have some olive oil and pepper. But these are small issues- overall, we had a brilliant stay.

Todo!! Alojamiento muy cómodo y limpio con toda clase de detalles pero lo mejor el anfitrión Pietro, siempre conectado para responder al momento! Nos dejó la nevera llena de productos para desayunar. Apartamento 100% recomendable. Si vuelvo a Bologna me alojaré en este apartamento!

Por decir algo, igual faltaría un sofa en la zona del comedor pero las sillas son muy cómodas y estuvimos genial

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft.

Das Appartement ist sehr empfehlenswert und die Vermieter haben sich ausgezeichnet um uns gekümmert. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Erwachsenen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft voll gefüllt und wir konnten am nächsten Morgen ein gutes Frühstück genießen. Jederzeit wieder!!!

La disponibilité et gentillesse du propriétaire L'accueil, et le soin apporté à vouloir nous être agréables : flyers nous communiquant toutes sortes d'informations utiles et aussi conseils de restaurants en dehors de ceux touristiques. Gâteaux et vin de bienvenue, de quoi agrémenter nos petits déjeuners, et tous les équipements nécessaires à notre séjour. Appartement très spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé, qui même s'il est proche de la gare et d'une rue très fréquentée à proximité, est d'un calme absolu, aucun bruit ne filtre. Les lits sont de plus hyper confortables. Que du bonheur !

Ambienti ampli e arredati, puliti e accoglienti. Frigo ben fornito per la colazione. Molto comoda la possibilità di due bagni.

Purtroppo non si trovano parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze e quindi bisogna conteggiare un'ulteriore spesa per il parcheggio a pagamento.
