Highly recommend for a central stay in beautiful Bologna

Lovely spacious apartment with 3 good sized double bedrooms (one with twin beds). The 2 bathrooms are handy when travelling with a group. Location is excellent, right in the centre. Aldi & couple of cafes only 2 minute walk.

When in Bologna stay HERE!

Conveniently located close to restaurants, main area. The apartment was clean and excellent for 6 adults. The host was superb, Elena and Piero were both kind and so helpful in providing amazing restaurant suggestions. We will definitely be back.

Good apartment

Good size apartment and good location. Looking at other reviews I am sad we didn’t get to meet host, we were messaging her in English up till our arrival but were met at property by a (very nice) Italian man, but as he spoke no English it was all a bit rushed and we couldn’t ask him the many questions we had.

There is very little crockery, cups and glasses (only one wine glass). It would have been a problem if our party of 4 had stayed longer than one night.

Perfect stay for families.

In between train station and city. Gorgeous terrace for a morning breakfast. Lovely host and very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional

The apartment is more beautiful and spacefull than at the pictures. Clean and quiet, with kitchen where you can prepare all meals. The owner was ready friendly and helpful. It was really nice to spend a night there! Thank you very much.

A surprisingly big apartment in a great location!

Very spacious and light ! loved the courtyard. Two excellent bathrooms and great washing machine and tumble dryer. The location is fantastic - walk to everything ! The host was very good with communication and seemed very nice.

A minor point - but We would have liked there to be some wine and champagne glasses plus a few more coffee mugs.

Terrace without chairs

The rooms are big and clean. All rooms have airco, which is very nice during hot days in July. Beds are good. The location is fine. The street of the appartment is not worth mentioning, but around the corner are nice streets. It is a 5 minutes walk to the main piazza.

"Guests benefit from terrace" says the description. But there is no furniture on the terras. Although in another review the owner said "Sorry for no chairs on the terrace, but the strong rain before your arrive has ruined them. The next time, you will have a pleasant breakfast on the terrace. I wait for you!" You are not allowed to use the kitchen chairs on the terrace. The person who gave us the key arrived roughly 40 minutes late. (You have to wait in front of the door) The kitchen equipment could be better. There were only 3 forks (we were 5). We asked the owner, but the reply was 'please look on the sink'.

Everything was good. The apartment was nice and clean plus all bedrooms have a proper AC.

Only the check-in process. Collecting the key could have been easier because of the person who gave me the key arrived roughly a little less than one hour late.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 3 ragazzi! Ognuno una sistemazione perfetta! Super in centro! 3 camere da letto spaziose! 2 bagni Cucina e sala open space con terrazza ! Davvero un’ottima sistemazione per andare a Bologna! Il signor Piero super gentile e dí compagnia! Alla prossima

La ubicación, cerca de todo, pero sin ruidos ni calles súper supertransitadas, buena distribución de la casa y bien equipada con todo lo necesario, buena calefacción y camas cómodas, personal amable. Para ser mejor.... solo le faltaba que fuese nuevo.

Appartamento perfetto! Pulizia, comfort, spazi e gentilezza si meritano più di un dieci! Terrazzo molto bello e utile. Letti comodi e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Posizione ottima, si raggiungono la stazione e piazza maggiore in 10/15 minuti a piedi. La disponibilità dei signori è stata fantastica.
