Lovely, very clean property inside that was deceptively spacious.

Tv channels kept ‘going off” even after retuning . Could have done with a Tv upstairs. Outside bin didn’t seem like it had been emptied for weeks as there was lots of flies.

Location, quiet at night. All you can need from the house is there.

Zero response from staff. You can call or email but won’t get anywhere. Few tiles in the kitchen are loose and you can hit your toe on them. En suite shower has little water pressure and can’t rinse properly as head doesn’t move.

A nice house, well equipped, very spacious and comfortable.

House is modern, very clean and well equipped. An ideal location for us having family nearby. Very suitable for families as the back is fully enclosed. Only about 5 minutes drive to the beach and town.

An electric shower in the main bathroom would be much batter than one which runs from the bath taps as it is very difficult to regulate the water temperature. Needs a mirror in the bedroom without mirror wardrobe doors. A hairdryer would be beneficial too.

It was the best place I've stayed apart from my own house. This was very comfortable and clean lovely house. Tv very easy to use and location was near all my family. I definitely recommend this property for your stay 👌

great house and location but please change the mattress

We loved the house, the size of the property. The space and it was lovely and clean It was in a quiet area. we had tea bags/ washing up liquid dishwasher tablets left which is great. there were towels and toilet rolls. It was good value for money.

I hate to say what I didn’t like but there were a couple of points. the bedroom with the en-suite which was a great size but unfortunately the bed was awful, the mattress was so bad you felt every spring we felt like we couldn’t move because we woke up the other person. Also hot water was an issue when two people had lovely hot showers there was no hot water left so two of us had cold showers. if it wasn’t for those two things which are very important to a stay away I would definitely left a 10/10. the other thing and it didn’t ruin our stay at all but the cleaners left a big bag of sheets biscuits behind.

The application (m.duve.co?) used to manage the booking was very annoying. I wasted a lot of time using it and it did not make the experience simple or pleasant. No breakfast. No milk even though the handbook stated that it was in the fridge

Superb

Lovely modern decor, clean and quality finish. Beds are comfy, wardrobes are lovely, kitchen is perfect size and spacious. The neighbours are lovely and the area is literally a stone throw away from the beach. I would definetly book here again.

There were 6 of us but there were only 2 bowls for eating in which made it difficult at eating times. We had a slight issue with getting warm water through the main bathroom shower, only warm water would run through the tap function. We couldn’t find a long brush to sweep the floor with which would have helped on our stay. A lock on the en-suits door or master bedroom door would be good.

Convenient for visiting Family

Location very convenient for visiting family in the area, it allowed us to take our dogs. Good kitchen facilities, quiet street.

No hand towels, hand wash or sanitiser which I thought was standard in rentals with regards to COVID. Beds were not all double size as described and uncomfortable. None of the internal doors fitted properly, most of them did not stay closed! Showers were not good either.

Excellent. Enjoyed trips to beaches in Redcar (Coatham beach) and Runswick bay. Staithes also a must

House was in quiet street with lots of green areas around to walk with the dog. Walking to beach a bit far with hot weather but just within a few minutes by car.

Recycling rubish bin was full and green waste bin filled with normal waste. Probably previous inhabitant didn't put the bins out. Rubish was collected in the week we were there and I asked the waste collectors to empty the green bin as it was a normal waste bin collection.

Lovely home for a long weekend away visiting family

We had a great stay at Wilton Lodge. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and it was great having two bathrooms and a downstairs loo. Parking was very easy and our host couldn't have been more helpful.

Would have been nice to have the fridge on full blast for when we arrived rather than on low, but otherwise, all was good.
