Visiting family for school holiday.

Convenient location & well equipped. Super bath and shower,

Lack of carpets but perhaps understandable if pets are allowed. Toilet very noisy upon flushing. Keys with fob too bulky for keysafe and had difficulty opening it.

Relaxing July Break.

We felt very relaxed. The area was quiet. The Decor very pleasant all round, the house is spacious.. I particularly liked the fact there were no over powering plug in air fresheners being used and also the bedding was fresh but not overly fragranced. The bed was an amazing size ( super king). Lots of good quality towels for our use. There were plenty of toilet rolls 😄(I have stayed other places in a family group of 5 and there has been one toilet roll). The bathroom was spacious and the shower had good pressure and was easy to use. I thought it was particularly thoughtful that there was a non slip mat in the bath .The kitchen was large and had a good sized dining table and chairs.The garden was definitely secure for dogs by fencing of a suitable height which also made the space private.

After booking the pet friendly house we received messages from the Host via Booking com advising that pets were not allowed upstairs and on furniture. This wasn't a problem for us but I hadn't noticed this in the a description of the accomodation and thought it might be problematic for some pet owners .

It was a comfortable stay suited to my purposes and especially grateful for dog friendly accommodation

Good kitchen, bedrooms and lounge area. Clean Comfortable and warm

Steep stairs with inadequate handrail Jacuzzi bath spewed out some dirty water I was unable to access WiFi. We were told not to open windows which in view of the weather was frustrating A Nespresso coffee machine but no pods The outside space was un inviting and there was no comfortable seating No mirrors downstairs And a downstairs toilet would have been appreciated

Clean, comfortable but with a couple of minor niggles that wouldn’t stop me booking again.

Spacious, comfortable, scrupulously clean, good location. On a main road through village but the road was never so busy as to make backing onto/off of the driveway difficult.

There was an issue with the WiFi during part of our stay, but the property manager sent someone round within 24 hours to take a look. The heating appears to be monitored and set remotely so at one point, during a snow storm, we came back to the property and the target temperature was set to 9 degrees. We could override this, but it is not ideal to walk into a cold house. Fair usage of the heating is fair enough, but that situation was a little unfortunate given the extreme weather conditions experienced during our stay.

5 mins from the beach !

We were let down by our original accommodation and found this at short notice, what we paid for the house was as much as we would have paid just for b&b so it was a winner. Great spot , roomy , clean and of course dog friendly, we were asked a couple of do's and don't's but Sean was great with communication. Comfortable bed and all home comforts. Off road parking as well.
