Comfortable and warm. Easy to get take away (delivered to reception). Easy to get to the beach, got some good sunrise pics. Tried a parmo too, was excellent 👌

Sofas were hard to get up out of lol! But comfy anyway

Very well kept, and very comfortable. Perfect location for us as we were visiting friends who live close by.

The shower head attachment needs some maintenance.

Very cosy , clean , host was amazing, nothing too much bother . Replied straight away every time.

Beds in bedrooms comfy. Generally well equipped and in good condition. Good location near the coast path. Owner was responsive but we would have preferred not to have to keep contacting him!

Did not appreciate a curt demand for £50 deposit transfer 10 days before arrival (T&Cs state deposit is cash on arrival). Most communications lacked common courtesies. Better directions needed to find the caravan as the site is vast, signage is poor and park reception was closed. Also some confusion whether it's 'Orchard' or 'Orchid Meadows'?? It was absolutely freezing when we arrived. No information re heating (or anything else). We worked out how to set thermostat to 22C but radiators became only lukewarm. We tried all the extra heaters as well but caravan remained very cold all evening and overnight. Water barely warm so couldn't shower. Went to bed early to try and get warm. Quilts in twin room very thin. Following day, on suggestion of owner we turned thermostat and boiler dials way up and it finally warmed up and water was hot. Reading the visitors' book, several previous guests had had same problem so why no info?... or better still, put some heating on from check-in time. All park facilities closed from 1st Nov (not mentioned in description). Saucepans, mirrors and some glasses were dirty.
