Close to the beach, spotless, nicely decorated, very spacious, well equipped, decent shower, helpful host
The only slight downside was that the mattresses were not the thickest and fairly firm. I would recommend replacing them with a more modern and thicker mattress to create perfect sleep and a 10/10 score. Also, to have some fans to hand in this exceptional weather, though we did bring our own

Second time at Bracken Dene and it was even better than before! The new off-road parking area in front of the property was great.

House was spacious. A lot of kitchen equipment was supplied. We did not use any of the 'fancy' equipment [slow cooker/air fryer] just the normal saucepans etc.
With no dishwasher there wasn't a big enough drainer or cutlery drainer . . . and that was with just 2 of us. A couple of large bowls to use for such as mixing things, salads or a fruit bowl would be useful. We took the airer up to the bathroom to use for our towels as there was no rail in there
