Aside from the fact that the place is everything you could ask for and expect, the customer service here was nothing short of outstanding. We had an issue with a lost key which the host dealt with to the best of his ability at 12:30am, we had access by 1:30am which was a relief.
The host also kindly allowed us to stay in the property a little longer whilst we waited for a shift at work to start in the afternoon.
I have booked hundreds of hotels and b&b's etc over the years and the host is the most helpful and easiest to deal with that i have had for a long time.

The house was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy, there was a lot of space. It was comfortable, it was a great place to stay at.
Host was amazing too, very helpful.
There wasn't anything that I disliked at this property.

I can’t comment on this property, it wasn’t the one we stayed in. Due to some admin error we were assigned to a different property. We arrived at this property and couldn’t gain access. On contacting the host it was discovered we were booked into another. The new property wasn’t a house, it was a ground floor flat. Very modern, clean, and comfortable.
As there were residents living above us, they were very noisy, stomping around and sounded like they were moving furniture around until after 4am.
It was a real shame as the new property was so nice and in a prime spot for us
