It was convenient, had everything we needed
It was very close to pub or night club that kept us awake some of the night, could have been cleaner, the carpets were dirty

Aside from the fact that the place is everything you could ask for and expect, the customer service here was nothing short of outstanding. We had an issue with a lost key which the host dealt with to the best of his ability at 12:30am, we had access by 1:30am which was a relief.
The host also kindly allowed us to stay in the property a little longer whilst we waited for a shift at work to start in the afternoon.
I have booked hundreds of hotels and b&b's etc over the years and the host is the most helpful and easiest to deal with that i have had for a long time.
