Location, size, cleanliness, comfortable beds and sofa’s, outdoor furniture

The lock box was very tricky to open, took 30 minutes, it needs replacing with a normal key code lock box. Needs a few repairs such as constant dripping shower, broken door handles and verandah gate latch.
