Cosy stay

Clean, comfy beds. Lovely and cosy in the colder weather. Convenience of 2 toilets for families and larger groups Fully equipped kitchen Great shower Plenty of parking

A bit tired, some general upkeep / improving goes a long way e.g. Loose window latches, worn cushions, unsteady coffee table. Advert needs updating with latest Parkdean opening times, I misread the dates and unfortunately the amenities had all closed when we were there.

Perfect location & stay

Very spacious and well equipped caravan, had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable and also great having two bathrooms. The caravan is situated in an excellent location right next to clubhouse, shop and pool, the beach and lighthouse is within walking distance from the park. The host is very responsive and gave us all the information we needed, we will definitely return in the near future.

The caravan was kept in a good clean condition and the owner was very easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Beautiful accommodation, excellent communication and a fantastic site.

Communication with the owner was faultless. It was an effortless check in to a caravan that had everything we needed and more, clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. It is near the facilities which made it even better. Being dog friendly too is a rarity! Absolutely 5 star rating for everything. Thank you so much.

Excellent

We stay here a week and the children really enjoyed it. Short walk to st Mary's lighthouse and beach. Good service of buses and a short ride into town centre. There is a leisure centre not far from the site called wave's and it's really good for children, there have a wave machine and water slides and not to expensive.

This property is in need of some serious upgrading it felt like we went back to the 1970`s

The staff @ reception were really helpful even though this was apparently a private rental which we were`nt aware of.

Location was fine unlike the caravan which looked really cosy in the photo`s but lm afriad on closer inspection very old & tired looking inside & bedrooms very cramped no heating in bedrooms radiator leaking in bathroom so turned it off gas btls ran out mid stay cooker door hanging off tv remote useless tv old & tired sitting area cushions old & threadbare in places not very clean throughout curtains rings missing overall a very poor example l`ve stayed in far better for a lot less money & definately won`t be back.

One of the nicest caravans i have ever stayed in.

The caravan was spotless and smelled lovely you can tell it is well looked after. I had no problem getting the key code in fact all the booking was very easy. All channels on the tv you could ask for. Plenty of utensils for cooking. You can park 12 yards away and the area is kept very clean. Absolutely delighted.

There was nothing at all that i didn't like, everything was great.

The only one thing i didnt like was the table and coffee table. Both pieces are too big to have both in there and the table is too high for the seats

We had an excellent 4 night stay,everything we needed ,4 adults and 2 kids,plenty of room for us all

Lovely caravan

Caravan was spotless, bedding and towels were included, even left towels for my daughter and granddaughter who came for one night. Everything you needed was there in the caravan.

I wish there had been a kids club on during the day instead of only on in the evening.

Nice and spacious, Refreshments were left for us which was great Great location. Nice and peaceful.

Key lock was dodgy took ages to get in property. Shower tray was overflowing didn't drain very well so couldn't be in shower more than 2-3minutes.
