Whitley bay caravan retreat

We love this caravan park easy access to all amenities some lovely walks club on site for entertainment and a good size swimming pool

We have no complaints maybe weather could have been hotter

Close proximity, good parking spaces available. Appreciated good communication from Sarah & colleague who both helped us with amenities.

The whole experience, booking through booking.com and also had interactions with the owner.

I couldn't find any fault. I will have no problem recommending you to my friends a d family

The location was perfect, not far from the beach at all could get there walking in 10 minutes. Close to the facilities of the park, which was handy for the entertainment, swimming, restaurant and play park. Bedding and towels were provided as well as utensils and cooking equipment. Host answered any questions that I had quickly and promptly. Great that it was dog friendly too, as not many private rents are, we have a husky and it was just the right size for us to have him and 5 of us in the caravan.

The window in the first bedroom is broken so you can't close it properly, curtains kept falling off the runners maybe a blind would be better? Also the mattress toppers kept falling off the beds whilst sleeping on which was really frustrating as you had to keep getting up to put them back on. Parking was difficult as it was the busy period, and really difficult to get into due to the size of the space to move. With it being close to the entertainment facilities a lot of the other people staying on the park were noisy and loud when leaving the entertainment in the evening.
