About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of the old town, the "Venice of the Alps", this studio has been renovated and offers modern comfort in a building full of history.
## Space
With a surface area of 17 sqm, this furnished studio is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with no lift with the view on a courtyard.
Decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a bed and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
You will feel at ease during your stay: Flat Screen Tv, Wifi, Washing Machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc ...
⚠️ The windows overlook the interior courtyard.
This makes it an ideal base for discovering Annecy!
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
## Access
Access is independent in order to give you flexibility on your arrival times, from 3 p.m. The Conciergerie du Lac will ensure the smooth running of your stay (professional cleaning, hotel quality sheets & towels)
Guests have access to all rooms of the apartment and can use all the facilities as they wish.

## Neighborhood
The apartment is located rue du Pont Morens, in the heart of the historic center of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps! The district is very lively with its shops of local and other products, its restaurants or wine bar. The market is held 3 times a week and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the flea market! Around the corner, the lake, the city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away.
## Transit
The nearest parking lots are about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park in the Sainte-Claire car park (follow P4) or in the town hall car park (follow P3).
Pier (lake) and cycle path 400 meters away, Train station 700 meters away. Geneva international airport 45 kms.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

J'ai passé un très bon moment dans la vieille ville d'Annesy. J'étais inquiet en essayant d'entrer dans mon appartement ce que j'avais loué mais il s'est avéré propre et fonctionnel. Parfait pour une personne. Mes suggestions seraient d'ajouter au moins une œuvre d'art dans la pièce ou des rideaux colorés. C'est un peu austère.

appartement central et pratique mais le confort ne correspond pas à la description et il manque bp d'options décrites:
appartement sombre et bp d'ampoules grillées cuisine , SDB, four
lit et pas de canapé donc tres etroit
appareil menager sans mode d'emploi et difficilement utilisable: micro-onde (que programme fort), machine à café avec tabs ( inconnu?)
pas de machine à laver
pas de toaster
ustensile de cuisine moins que minimal !
securité de l'acces: acces au couloir avec code bidon, acces à la porte de l'appartement avec le code ok mais sans la cle donc pas trop securisé !!
sinon bon sejour à Annecy !
