Wonderful location. Lots of restaurants outside front door. Very close to lake. Beautiful walking location. Apartment beautifully presented. Great shower. View from glass doors. Quiet.

Carrying luggage up two flights of stairs but you only have to do this on arrival and departure!

The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was incredible. We were there for the ANNECY/MIFA animation market and had meetings for four days running. The location made it easier.

The wall socket plates are coming off in the kitchen area because the sockets have been thrown into an angle. Needs to be replaced. Difficult to use coffee pot because of wiring setup. Little things need to be fixed or replaced, they're showing the age and wear on the apartment. The sharp corners of the bed frame are painful and almost impossible to avoid. We suggest you put padding on the corners as the bed is so close to the wall it's almost impossible to avoid the sharp corners. The plumbing in the bathroom sink needs to be upgraded and the sink's drain needs to be cleaned out.
