L’emplacement et la modernité / décoration de l’appartement.

Le dernier escalier pour atteindre l’appartement est très sale, peu entretenu. En arrivant on se pose la question du scam avant de passer la porte d’entrée. Appartement au dernier étage donc chaleur étouffante (heureusement la Clim aide, même s’il faut la faire tourner quasi de longue, ça chauffe très vite et très fort la haut!)

Le logement est très propre et tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien !

Les communs ne sont pas très propres

Établissements dans le centre d’Annecy, pas besoin de la voiture, la localisation est parfaite

Rien, je noterai juste des petites améliorations : - prévoir une casserole grand format - une pastille de lave vaisselle pour l’arriver

The location is great - very central, and really convenient for restaurants and visiting Annecy old town / access to the lake. There is no parking for the property, but 24hr parking is available nearby in Le Hotel De Ville. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious for a couple. The air con was great, and the outside shutters meant the apt could be kept relatively cool and dark during the day. The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions.

With a few changes this would be a great place to stay given the location, however the basics were not achieved when we stayed. For example, the kitchen had no bin and was missing some basics for cooking (e.g. there was no Oil). There was no hand soap provided in the apartment, and the toilet was downstairs with no sink in it - which meant going to the kitchen to wash hands, and a trip up/down a spiral staircase in the night if you needed to use the bathroom, which isn’t ideal. The wifi didn’t work during our stay despite us resetting it. The front door had multiple locks on it, however only one worked as the rest weren’t aligned between the door and the frame and so couldn’t be used. These should either be fixed or removed. The main issue was that the entrance way to the apartment was not acceptable for guests. The building next door was undergoing renovation when we stayed and had scaffolding up, which meant there was a lot of loud banging during the morning and day (although luckily none at night). The entrance way to the apartment was underneath the scaffolding, and had rubble and rubbish from this everywhere. Whilst this isn’t the fault of this property itself, this was not a safe or clean entrance for guests to use. The upstairs entry way to the apartment itself also had dirt and dust everywhere.
