We had no Wi-Fi during our stay and didn’t receive any response to our messages over three days asking for the code, which made things really stressful — especially since we needed to work while there. We ended up having to pay for data on my phone and use a hotspot. The check-in process was also confusing; we eventually figured it out, but another group got stuck in the stairwell for about 30 minutes. Thankfully for them, we came back at the same time and were able to help them get in. It was disappointing that no one was reachable for assistance for them either.

Annecy is a beautiful place, a trip on the Lake was a highlight, very busy.

Did not receive breakfast. The TV did not have any channels after the first day, we couldn’t understand them anyway as they were all in French. The welcome book was also all in French.

The decking outside the window could be doing with some care, not very appealing, also the 2 plant pots have dead plants in them which makes them unsightly, the screening on the right from the window looks like it has been on fire and is black. The area is a far cry from the pictures on Booking.com. There should be a warning about the step into the property it’s very high and dangerous.

Great location and a lot of potential but would need proper cleaning.

Great location and really good air condition which was great on the hot days

Cleaning and management of apartment could be improved. Hair etc on the floor when we arrived , bathroom sink was clogged , light on mirror didn’t work, fire alarm missing. Also a little hard with communication and no sorry etc when we complained. However bathroom sink got fixed during our stay which was very appreciated.

Location is amazing! Staffing was very nice and responded very quickly to anny request. Breakfast was lovely, just missed a nice capuchino:) Thw terrace would have been ama,ing had the weather allowed

Really well located, nicely laid out and generally very happy with our stay here.

Very well located, close walking distance to the old town, shops and tourist attractions.

The unit is self catering and a little lacking on some essentials required or usually found in self catering apartments, there were also things missing like wine glasses (only 1) so the host should maybe look at restocking / replacing these missing items to ensure a more comfortable stay for the guests.

Really late check-in, property was not available earlier. At one point after we checked it - someone opened the door and walked it. We realised that it was a cleaner with the towels for us, but it scared us a bit. We were 3 people, but the breakfast was for 2 only for some reason. And yes - BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE STEP AFTER THE ENTRANCE DOOR. There should really be some sign or bright carpet or a simple step - very dangerous and you could fall.

The huge step (about 20-25cms) down into apartment at front door and no warning on the door about this. My husband opened the door and literally fell into the apartment. This is very dangerous and I can’t understand why there isn’t a note in the door, this doesn’t take a lot of effort from the host but could stop a potential injury in the future. When in bed there was noise from apartment above whenever they flushed the toilet, this woke us up. Pillows are filled with bits of foam, these could be better and my boys said the sofa bed wasn’t comfy at all, very soft and squeaked when they moved. Lack of communication when I asked a question for three days leading up to our arrival, never did get an answer but they were very quick to ask when I’d be checking out.

Mensonge par rapport à la prestation annoncée.

Le 1er logement correct à part l’accès à la terrasse un peu limité et mal entretenu.

Lorsque on loue pour plus d’une semaine et que l’on est âgé c’est pour que le séjour soit serein. Arrivée le 2 jusqu’au 6 presque parfait. Le 6 obligation de quitter les lieux jusqu’au lendemain matin. La Brasserie des Européens procède à un désenfumage. Avec pénibilité nous devons aller au 2. Ah. Erreur c’est au 3ème nous avons un appartement non chauffé avec le lit à la mezzanine non sécurité escalier abrupte rampe filins d’acier distendus le 4e manquant. Comptons les heures pour réintégrer l’Himalaya. TV indisponible. Nous avions dans le premier appartement des cartes VIP de 30% de réduction dans 4 restaurants. Comme par hasard celui qui nous convenait est fermé pour travaux sans doute. Vaisselle éparse gravée au nom de la Brasserie. Nous ne voulions pas faire un rapport désagréable si nous avions obtenu une somme décente. Nous avons obtenu une aumône de 40€ et il se trouve que nous avons eu par plusieurs personnes des retours négatifs.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e il parcheggio pubblico accanto .

Al nostro arrivo il terrazzo era inutilizzabile, tutto pieno di muschio che sembrava cacca di cane, tutti i mobili erano vecchi e rompevano al solo sguardo. Non abbiamo potuto usarlo e booking ci ha concesso un bel rimborso. In più loro non rispondono dopo 16:00 del pomeriggio anche se dicono il contrario. Wifi fornito era sbagliato. Solo dopo 48 ore ci hanno regalato risposto. Nessun attaccapanni. Divano letto scomodo. Pizza di fogna nel bagno. Bicchieri e piatti non per tutti gli ospiti.

Prima locatie, heel rustig.

Was niet schoon, deken op het bed was met vlekken, geen wijnglazen en zeer beperkt keukenspullen ( borden, glazen, snijplank etc), vieze terras en zeer stoffige gordijnen. Deze heeft echt een wasbeurt nodig. Als je ze dicht of open doet komt er een wolk stof van. Airco doet het ook niet helemaal. Dit appartement heeft echt een goede schoonmaak - en onderhoudsbeurt nodig.

Расположение - самый центр, но при этом нешумный. Прямо из квартиры можно было выйти на террасу. если бы оставались подольше, точно бы там проводили время. В квартире было все необходимое для комфортного проживания, даже колонка JBL :-)

не помню такого. разве что несколько чайных пакетиков бы не помешало

L'emplacement le confort, la terrasse très grande! la livraison et commande du petit déjeuner possible ! Les équipements mis à disposition cuisine entièrement équipée, la disponibilite du personnel même à distance,la literie, j'ai super bien dormi, le calme, la vieille ville le lac et la gare monoprix à proximité et le bus devant l'hôtel menant à dossard pour notre activité parapente c'était génial ! Sans oublier le paysage et le cadre magnifique de Annecy on reviendra!

L’emplacement est vraiment très bien, près de la vieille ville et du Lac. La chambre Himalaya a une grande galerie ensoleillée c’est vraiment exceptionnel.

C’est naturellement un peu bruyant à cause du trafic en face mais c’est un sacrifice qui vaut la peine.

La propreté était "correct" mais pourrait largement être améliorée. Il y avait pas mal de poussière partout (dessous de lit, canapé, tapis mal aspiré, les plinthes...)

Parfait emplacement, appartement cosy et terrasse bluffante !

L'emplacement incroyable de l'appartement fait qu'on passe un séjour à Annecy parfait ! Si on ne souhaite pas sortir de la ville, tout se fait à pied... l'appartement est proche de toutes les commodités. L'immense terrasse privative est un vrai plus pour petit déjeuner et déjeuner au soleil ! Attention à la tete lorsqu'on sort :) L'appartement est très cosy avec le bois. La chambre est tres calme malgré la proximité de la route.

Le canapé lit grince et le matelas y est un peu trop mou. Il manque des couverts, assiettes, verres : de quoi manger plusieurs jours à la suite sans devoir faire la vaisselle.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. La qualité du mobilier (dont la literie). La terrasse.

La vaisselle n’a pas été contrôlée : 1 seul verre à pied et … cassé Essoreuse à salade sans couvercle Sèche cheveux HS Mobilier de jardin sale, comme les lattes de terrasse. Les végétaux agonisent dans leurs jardinières…

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Annecy et pour se promener autour du lac.

Le chauffage qui ne peut pas être réglé. Résultat dans la chambre il faisait beaucoup trop chaud pour dormir.
