HIMALAYA Annecy Rent Lodge

None

It would’ve been nice if they had some hand soap and shampoo. There was basically nothing salt and pepper would’ve been nice, there was nothing and a couple of instant coffee packets would’ve been nice, but the unit was pretty spare the location and the value more than made up for it.

The location was excellent

l emplacement est veritablement un atout trés important. nous avons visité tous les monuments important d'annecy a pieds

adaptation des produits d'hygienes au nombre de nuitées (1 petit sachet de gel douche pour notre réservation de 3 jours.)

The location was excellent and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good.

The balcony, a very large area, was in very poor condition and did not reflect the photos on Booking.com. There were large planter boxes with dead plants in them and the outdoor suite of furniture was discoloured and starting to fall apart. Additionally, the promise of toiletries and cleaning products was not followed through. Despite contacting the managers of the apartment the only thing we finally received was some dish dishwashing liquid after strong complaints. The lack of toiletries except for a tiny sachet of body wash and no cleaning products provided with only one roll of toilet paper for four nights and broken scissors was very disappointing
