The location was excellent and the apartment itself was well set out and spacious. The coffee machine was a welcome addition and there was plenty of equipment and utensils. It was great to have a bathroom in the loft as well as downstairs. Step outside and there are many choices for food and ice cream.
Communicating with AI worked most of the time but in the end there was a mix up regarding disposal of rubbish which was a bit stressful.
Be aware it is on the third floor and there is no elevator and the ladder to the sleeping area is quite steep.

Brilliant location. Really good kitchen and great view. Very helpful to be able to leave our bags at the loft a bit later on check out day. Generally clean, comfy and a great space to stay.
The downstairs bathroom didn’t smell very pleasant and the shower water tray was blocked and kept filling up with water. The downstairs sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and kept squeaking. Not enough pillows/very thin. Not great accessibility with the steep ladder and also many stairs to get to the loft. Not clear with where to put rubbish at end of the trip and AI robot was slow to communicate with.

L’emplacement, l’espace, le calme…
Nous avons dû louer en urgence une autre chambre à Annecy parce que l’escalier qui mène au lit à l’étage est un danger pour qui n’est pas alpiniste.
Et encore les trois étages jusqu’à l’appartement, l’odeur des parties communes…
