The location is in the middle of the Old Town, perfect for nearby restaurants, shops and activities. It overlooks the old prison, canal and cobbled street - it’s beautiful! The layout of the apartment is great for such a small space. It even has two toilets!
Very little to complain about. Maybe just a warning that the steps to the bedroom are quite steep! Some of the fixtures around the apartment are a bit sketchy but all round the facilities worked well. If the windows are open, you can hear everything on the streets (just a warning if you are sensitive to sound). Additions - The apartment would benefit from having an air fryer as it doesn’t have an oven, and also maybe a little more storage/hangers for clothes.

Fantastic location and lovely property, right in the middle of town, very authentic. Very clean and good amenities.
Would benefit from aircon but managed ok with the fans. Access through the back entrance of a restaurant, and steep stairs. Find for us but less mobile/older people may struggle. AI check in did not work well at all.

L’emplacement, l’espace, le calme…
Nous avons dû louer en urgence une autre chambre à Annecy parce que l’escalier qui mène au lit à l’étage est un danger pour qui n’est pas alpiniste. Et encore les trois étages jusqu’à l’appartement, l’odeur des parties communes…
