Location. Size of living room. Very clean and well set out.
The noise! The restaurant noise quietens down but the noise from people coming home in the middle of the night and then all the delivery trucks and street cleaning from 5am made it difficult to sleep. Also, a couple of things were broken (drawers, sink).

The location was excellent - right in the heart of the old town, lots of restaurants and cafes close by. A good car park 5 minutes walk away. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts instructions were very clear on how to access the property. The host was also very helpful and quick to respond to a any question we had.

Location is excellent just inside the old town. The flat is nicely decorated with a clear artistic touch. It was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. I strongly recommend it.
