Muy pequeño el apartamento. Personal no vi a nadie. Pregunté por teléfono si podía dejar las maletas antes y me dijeron que preguntara en el Rte donde hay que recoger las llaves y me dijeron q hasta las 16 horas nada de nada

Location was good, it was clean, the bed was comfortable.

I would have liked an extra pillow each to be able to relax and sit up in bed in the morning. I would have liked a mug each to have a hot drink in the morning- only glasses, no cups or mugs. It was tiny and hard to get to the corner which was the only place to put your suitcase. Although I appreciate these apartments for this price will be small. It was quite noisy whilst we were trying to get to sleep at night.Because there were people chatting on their balconies , and due to the age of the building with the windows open on a hot night , the sound carries. It wasn't straightforward to get the key and get to the building. Unfortunately for us, it was raining whilst we were doing that which didn't help and is obviously not the fault of the hosts. once inside the building, it isn't obvious which stairway, which door etc. A bar of soap to wash hands would have been appreciated as we had been staying with friends so had no soap or shower gel with us.

Heureusement en solo car une seule tasse, manquait certains verres, un pot fêlé à plusieurs endroits, ménage juste limite, tringle de douche et porte droite du meuble de la salle de bain étaient chancelants.

The location is the best thing about this studio, absolutely right in the middle of the cute old town, off Pont Morens. I also liked that, despite being so central, the studio itself was on the inside part of the building, so no noise coming from the street. It was also good that it was on the first floor as there was no lift. Though small, the shower was working well, with enough hot water.

Sadly, the bedding is a major issue with this studio. First, it is filthy. The mattress is stained all over, and not having a mattress protector means you're only a bedsheet away from the dirt. The pillows and quilt are also dirty, with yellow stains all over. Second, it's not comfortable. The mattress is very very firm, and the pillows are very big and dense, the more so because they are stuffed in pillow cases that are too small so they basically turn into a hard big ball. The rest of the studio is clean enough, so it's really a shame that the bed has been neglected. Other minor disappointing points: - one of the window has no curtain, just a see-through blind, so not only people taking the stairs can see in the studio, but also, every time the light is turned on in the stairs, it shines into the studio. - there is no toaster even though it is listed in the description. - there is a coffee machine but no pods are offered so totally pointless. - only sachets of cheap shampoo are offered, not even hand soap. - the toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. - the photos make the studio look bigger than it is. I would not go back to this studio unless the bed and bedding was changed.
