The room smelled like urine the air conditioner had black stuff flying out of it the refrigerator was not clean the sink was rusted out as well was the the refrigerator the bed had an old blanket with cigarettes burns on it there was dead bugs all along window ceil

The location was perfect for my needs.

The room appeared clean when I walked in. I took a shower, went to bed exhausted and was rudely awakened by BedBug bites within an hour. Got up, captured a few of the bugs in a sandwich bag, took video of bugs, (there were that many) and pictures of my bites and my swollen eye from bites. I tried to call the management to no avail while I loaded up and went to sleep in my car until management arrived. I explained what happened and she said they didn't have anymore available rooms. I said I just wanted a refund so I could find a room without bugs. She said no refunds.I said that's not right. She said come back in 30 minutes. I did and she said they would refund my money. Time is money. The swelling is gone from my eye and I did my best not to scratch so I haven't any infections from any of the bites. I was ill the first two days, but luckily survived, except for the trauma of remembering the bugs crawling all over me as I slept. I have stayed at this same hotel three times prior and didn't have any issues before.

staff was apathetic about my need for a quiet room when asked to be moved they said not possible. The hotel was practically empty and they put me next to the one room with 15 Mexicans. then accused me of smoking in the room. wont be going back!

everything. rude staff, bad service, never changed trash cans for a whole week of my stay, broken A/C, room smelt like cigarettes, stove did not work, volume was broken on tv sounded like a movie theater, took a hour just to get the WiFi password, had to buy our own towels and toilet paper. by far the WORST $400 stay I ever spent in my life never again at this place!
