We were told there was a pool online and when we called to check hours we were then told there was no pool. Im not sure if it was their new AI person they use over the phone for reservations but we never could talk to a real person. Then they wouldn’t refund our money when we decided to stay somewhere else. We booked the hotel solely for the pool for my kids , so we were just out our reservation money with no help to get it back.

The bed was amazing and all in all a good stay for the price

The property was beautiful with green lights outside the hotel made it easy to see in the dark especially if you booked that night like i did. The inside entry way was beautiful tile floor

Lovely lobby, easy check-in, but extremely hard pillows and bed

Beautiful lobby and entryway and very friendly staff. Fitness room open 24 hours. Heard breakfast was good, but it ended by 9 AM, which was too early for us. Loved the digital check in and check out program.

Room was more or less clean and serviceable if not dated (some dust grime in the bathroom), but the pillows were rock hard and lumpy and would make me think twice before sleeping here again. It was like sleeping on a bag of rolled up jeans. The mattress was extra, extra firm with very little give. If you have back or hip problems, this bed will likely exacerbate them. Forget that the entire room and hallway on the fourth floor outside our room smelled like a marijuana den - we actually had to go back to our vehicle and grab some room spray. So, overall, despite the gorgeous lobby and friendly midnight staff, our experience with comfort was just above serviceable.

My room could've used some love: Light fixture on one side of bed didn't work and was practically turned sideways Curtain/shade was soiled and hung on wrong side Dirty spots/stains on bedding Reese cup wrapper on floor in corner behind chair Soda machine out of order on floor Only light in bathroom is on the mirror - not enough light Very limited breakfast options

Prefect WILL stay again

Melissa from the front desk made my daughter day!!!! She had someone from staff make her a towel bear and another animal I’m not sure what it was but it was cool as hell. No other hotel did that when I called to check reservations

Our visited started at the front desk. The personnel were very friendly!

My husband went down for the breakfast and said it was good, he let me sleep in. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. The only thing that was funny was the room was really warm, but we adjusted the temperature and all was good. This was our second visit to this property and we now consider it for future trips to as well.

Nice clean place for a night while passing through. Good value.

Overnight stay on a road trip. Clean and met our needs. Had a restaurant across the street that we enjoyed. Only had coffee in the morning. Breakfast looked like basic hotel fare.

Bed was comfortable and everything appeared to be clean .

The room had a musty odor as soon as we walked in , I text the front desk and let know . The front desk text back after 11:00 at night , after we had gone to bed .

Linda the front desk clerk was superb, and fun to talk to!

Delicious!! My brother is handicapped and moves slow in the morning! So we were close to the time they stop serving..the breakfast hostess was very kind and allowed us all they had to offer! Very very nice!

What wasn't there to like it was great! Linda the front desk clerk even had a list of local restaurants, and even told us where she likes to eat! Loved Loved Loved her!

It was quiet the night we stayed. We were on the ground floor.

Keys never worked correctly, had to get new ones everytime we left the room because we couldn't get back in. The entrance right by our room was out of use.

Convenient parking. Friendly reception staff. Large breakfast area.

We were assigned room 101, which is a handicapped room. We did not request such a room. We didn't mind, but when we got to the room, it was filthy. The bathroom floors looked like they had not been mopped in a month. And the room smelled like a mixture of cigarette smoke and urine. We requested a new room, and it was better. But the beds are so high off the ground, that it was awkward. We won't be staying at a Wingate in the future.
