Overall it was a nice apartment with great acess to shops restaurants and several metro stations

It was centrally located with easy access to the metro. It was clean and the showers where great.

Good location. Nice spacious apartment. They misbooked our first night so we had to stay in another apartment, which was a hassle, but they made up for it by transferring all our 13 luggage to the new (originally booked) apartment. Staff was super nice and accommodating. 🥰 Nice location!

Street was quite noisy. They asked us to throw away our own trash because they said it wasn't the job of the cleaners. 🤷🏻‍♀️ we did it anyway.

The apartment is big and ideal for groups, we had a great stay and the neighbourhood is perfect. They had to change apartments due to a problem in the other apartment, but we got a very nice place instead.

The check-in wasn’t well communicated, but that was only a small issue. The hosts were very helpful.

Good

The apartment is spaciou enough for our group of 14 people. It's clean and tidy.

We couldnt connect wifi and when we contacted the host, noone came to help us to get wifi connection. There was no shower gel or shampoo so it was a bit disappointed.

Buena ubicación!

La ubicación es excelente, muy buen servicio, el apartamento es bonito. Tiene muchas opciones de restaurante cerca, supermercado cerca y metros cerca.

Hacen un depósito de garantía de 250 euros. Me parece muy excesiva (no me han pedido nada así antes) Los baños: se sale toda el agua de la ducha, no tiene puertas para detener el agua y era muy incómodo usar el baño o ducha después de que 1 persona se duchara. Las indicaciones para entrar fueron complicadas, las almohadas no muy cómodas.

À part la localisation rien.

Appartement très limite niveau ménage, peinture fraîche renversée dans un des placards, poils dans les salles de bains. Au vu du prix on s’attendait à mieux.. Mais surtout punaises de lits vivantes trouvées dans les lits…!! Nous étions à Paris pour le travail et une de mes collègues avec qui nous avions loué s’est fait piqué par des punaises. On a du tout traiter en rentrant chez nous… Je ne recommande absolument pas. Nous avons contacté l’agence qui gère la location afin de demander un dédommagement. Nous attendons leur retour..

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt ganz schön und hatte einige überzeugende Vorteile. Besonders positiv war, dass man komplett für sich war – ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Der Check-in verlief einfach und reibungslos, was den Start sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz für mehrere Personen. Auch die zentrale Lage war ein echter Pluspunkt – viele Dinge waren schnell erreichbar.

Allerdings gab es auch einige Mängel, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Der Backofen war defekt, was die Selbstverpflegung eingeschränkt hat. Zudem waren die Vorhänge an der Decke fast abgerissen, was einen ungepflegten Eindruck hinterließ. Besonders problematisch war der Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke sowie der Fund einer Bettwanze. Auch die Matratze war leider sichtbar verschmutzt, was das Schlafgefühl deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Perfekte Lage für kurzen Aufenthalt mit vielen Personen, aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in einem kleinen belebten Viertel in Fußreichweite zur Metro. Drei Zimmer mit je drei Betten und ein Zweibettzimer, sowie 3 Ausziehsofas für EInzelpersonen oder 2 kleine Personen bieten ausreichend Platz. Die Zimmer sind gut verteilt, sodass man trotz vieler Personen ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hat. Drei Bäder ebenfalls perfekt für viele Personen. Toaster und Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Gardinenstangen sind so vor den Fenstern montiert, dass sie abfallen. In der Küche drei sehr kleine Töpfe, nicht ausreichend für so viele Personen. Über den Küchenboden lief eine Maus. Die nach vorne gelegenen Zimmer sind sehr laut. Morgens fährt die Müllabfuhr vorbei, der Lärm sprechender Menschen ist bis in die Nacht zu hören. Schlafen geht nur mit Oropax. Die Fenster schirmen den Schall gut ab, aber dann wird es schnell stickig in den Zimmern. Die beiden Zimmer nach hinten waren leise. Matrazen durchgelegen, Schimmel im Bad an der Decke und vor den Fenstern, keine Lüftung in den beiden innen liegenden Bädern.

Agradable para una familia numerosa

Nos alojamos 7 adultos y 4 niños. Cada familia pudo tener su espacio en cada habitación. El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación, supermercados, cafés y restaurantes aledaños al alojamiento, 3 baños cómodos, agua caliente y fría. Muchas camas para una familia grande. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Hay secador de cabello, plancha de ropa. Internet wifi. Recuerda llevar adaptador europeo para el toma corriente. Cuidado con ir en verano porque el alojamiento no tiene aire acondicionado.

Tenía un bebé y las escaleras eran un problema, si pudieran colocar una rejilla de protección a las escaleras sería un alivio para las mamás de los niños. Poco espacio para almacenamiento de equipaje en las habitaciones, poco ollas grandes para la cocina y las que tienen son chicas y no tienen tapa, los baños no tienen una puerta completa por lo que siempre en cada ducha salpica agua por todo el piso. La nevera es pequeña, tipo ejecutiva. No hay lavadora, pero a 8 minutos puedes encontrar lavanderías. Las habitaciones no tienen espejo de cuerpo completo. Solo son observaciones que ayudan a mejorar el alojamiento, pero esto no fue un problema para nuestra estadía. Esperamos volver en un futuro.
